Very expensive and did not accomplish much. Once the retainer ran out he stopped doing anything on our file.

Bought a Brantford white combi boiler for our new build which is our retirement home hoping it would be trouble free ....it was and still is nothing but junk boiler leaked upon installation the 3way valve inside the boiler was cracked leaking glycol enough that i had to shut it down for 3 weeks and use electric heaters as it was in December, finally got a replacement. After it was installed it worked for a week then another leak developed from another fitting inside the boiler another 2 weeks down ,run fine for a month then the top up pump wouldnt work i ended up just buying that replacement locally and am still waiting for them to get back to me about this warranty claim !!! If 1 more thing breaks down in this unit i will be tearing it right off the wall and shipping it back to get a different brand !!! A dam shame when someone puts out that kind of money expecting to not have to worry about it malfunctioning this soon !!! Wish i would've read reviews on this company!!!
