Crashing Cadence - Tattoos by Kara Dee Harrison

Kara was amazing and kind, especially when I needed breaks. She was also talkative and welcoming, but still quieted down if I needed it. My piece was also amazing! I'll definitely be coming back

Kara is simply amazing. I booked well in advance and wasn't sure if it was doable since I was only in Victoria, BC, for a few hours while on a cruise. I asked for a pansexuwhale and she delivered! She was so attentive to my timeframe, accommodated me at the Tattoo Zoo studio in Victoria where she guests regularly, and even said she practiced techniques to make sure she could get the tattoo done in the time we had. She was lovely to talk to during the tattoo and made sure we had time for a few breaks.Needless to say I love my tattoo and am ecstatic that I could have such a great way to both commemorate the trip (I saw a few whales on excursions earlier in the cruise) and to represent myself.

I recently had my first ever tattoo with Kara at Tattoo Zoo in Victoria. I felt very comfortable throughout the entirety of the consulting processs and tattooing. I was so impressed with my cool new arm dinosaur and trans-flag-coloured rose that I immediately came back for another creature a month later. I am super happy that my first times getting tattoed was so positive and now feel confident knowing what a good process looks like if I get tattooed more in the future.

Loved loved loved getting tattooed by Kara. What a 10/10 experience. She was excellent at asking for consent before we started anything with the position of my tattoo, was amazing to talk to during the 3 hours together, and I love love love my tattoo so much, it looks so amazing, I can’t wait to get another tattoo with her!

Kara did a fantastic job on my Mario Kart tattoo! It was my first tattoo and she was extremely professional. I felt completely at ease during the entire process! Not only do I love the tattoo, but I've received nothing but compliments about how great it looks! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or to get a second tattoo from her. She's extremely talented and skilled and you won't be disappointed with her work!

Kara is AMAZING! She perfectly understood what I wanted, and I’m absolutely in love with the design she came up with. I also felt so safe and at ease during my appointment! Definitely the best tattooing experience I’ve ever had.
