Life changing experience, I came into this store a boy and left a man, unmatched customer service with employees that go above and beyond any expectations you had ready for them. Looking for a extra something for your partner? They have it. Looking for a partner for your extra somethings? Idk what'd you want them to do about it honestly but you never know maybe they have a spare girlfriend in the back or something. Wide range of products from stuff that's woody to stuff that buzz they got the whole toy story cast in there if you look hard enough and maybe get a lil creative because what would the slinky dog even be? other than a very interesting question to ask the amazing employees of planet x 10/10 would come again, no pun intended

I was reprimanded for not following the lines on the floor by the employees. I get there is covid... But I was the only customer in the store . Very awkward interaction with the staff, unless they are offering to help me find something, I really don't want to talk to them.I did find massage oil I was looking for. The place is just OK.

Meilleure boutique du genre en ville et meilleur service, surtout par la charmante Ophélie qui a su répondre à toutes mes questions et me donner les bons conseils pour trouver ce dont j’avais besoin! Merci mille fois et bonne continuité!

Respect des mesures sanitaires bien suivi rigoureusement par les employés. Certains avis négatif s'en plaignent, mais ne lâchez surtout pas votre bon travail, c'est ainsi qu'on va limiter la progression de l'épidémie, et grâce à des clients comme ceux-là qu'on retournera peut-être en confinement. Enfin bref, chapeau à toute l'équipe!
