Vitali has generously been a guest lecturer on Couple Therapy in my psychology class at York University for the last 5 years. His presentations convey deep knowledge of relationships and the issues couples face throughout their lifetime. It is realistic. It does not take years. It works. He has a strategy, and that strategy begins with helping a couple communicate better immediately - today - which was enormously helpful, especially when you have a family who can sense when things are not right.
