We just bought our 2021 Volkswagen atlas at GP VW last week and the service I received was amazing! Paige went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule while meeting all my needs as a buyer. The finance department was great in making sure we got the best rates possible to fit our budget. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family on service alone, the quality of our vehicle is amazing!

We purchased our Volkswagen atlas from Paige back in October.I’m a little late to the review.We had such a wonderful experience with her as our sales person. She was very thorough with showing us all of the features and neat little atlas hacks. She also let us test drive what seemed like 50 different atlas’s because we couldn’t decide on which one specifically suited our families needs best. She was patient with us the entire time, and didn’t call text or harass us while we made our decision.She let us take two different atlas’s home overnight to get a proper feel of our lives featuring an atlas.When we finally decided- and financing was getting sent in the finance/dealership wanted a deposit to hold said vehicle that we chose, while we awaited confirmation on financing. Paige pulled some strings and let us take it home overnight without a deposit to hold that model.Once everything went though the very next morning I dropped it off and Paige had our atlas detailed and ready for us to pick up that afternoon.She even hooked us up with a bunch of sweet new swag- and the BEST Volkswagen mittens.We had a great experience with her and would highly suggest Paige to anyone wanting to purchase through the GP Volkswagen dealership.

We got a great price on the car as compared to Edmonton's VW dealership. The staff were very helpful and accommodating - Paige even picked me up from the airport on short notice. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

I had 2 great experience at VW! Franklin was my car salesman for my first car. I then wrote off that car and he hooked me up with my new car! He did such an awesome job made me feel comfortable, listened to my wants and needs, and was never too pushy! The detail dept. did a bang up job detailing my car as well! Both times the finance managers were helpful with all my needs as well! I highly recommend buying your next car from VW and ask for Franklin! He went above and beyond for me!

So I bought a truck from this dealership in October of last year, within 5 days the fully enclosed led taillight burnt out. They agreed to replace them with aftermarket lights after 2 months of fighting. Ordered the new ones.. they take 5 months to be shipped due to logistical problems. Once they arrive, brad Larson tells me they are shipped on the Thursday, lied about that because they were shipped on the Tuesday, and now finally being delivered. Not only is Brad impossible to work with.. but he never responds to emails. Terrible customer serviceOnly good experience I had there was with Franklin the sales rep I dealt with he was amazing

My husband and I had the best experience we could ever ask for from a dealership. This was from the moment we drove onto the lot till we left with our brand new SUV. We dealt with brook in sales and Teri in finance and they were amazing! Not pushy, gave us time on decisions! I would 110% recommend these ladies to anyone!

Paige has always been so great to work with when it comes to finding the right vehicle! She is always super welcoming and friendly everytime I’ve been into Volkswagen, I finally decided to buy a truck and she was the first person I went too! I had my vehicle in to the Service Centre at the recommendation of a Friend. I’m on my own and asked if there was someplace I could trust not to take advantage of me without a strong male voice behind me (if you know… you know). She recommended that I speak with Brad Larson and I quickly discovered that Brad is that strong male voice backing me up. Not that I needed it here. The way he speaks about and with his team clearly sets a standard and tone for how they relate to customers. I was well taken care of with added care and concern for how I would manage while my vehicle was off the road. I drove away feeling grateful for the obvious improvement in vehicle performance and for the knowledge that I have someplace to go that I can trust.
