Pour customer service. From management and sale staff.Manager wont send quotes that you asked for and said would.Sale staff does not check with previous orders to make sure the parts you want are compatible with previous orders. This cause multaple trips. For the mark up they have, I expect some good service. Probably better to stick with buying the parts I want online.

Very knowledgeable staff and great service. They took the time to show me several options for the equipment I needed and sold me exactly the right set up. Even though it was much less cost than the original items I was looking at.
