Love Shampoo! They are the best. Kim is super skilled and efficient. Carrie is a colour genius. The prices are budget friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Shampoo. I had been almost 2 years without a cut or colour (combination of covid & pregnancy & then new baby)... Needless to say, I was so desperate to have my hair cut and coloured. The team at Shampoo were so lovely about me bringing my very clingy 4 month old with me. Kim gave me a fantastic fresh cut & Crystal worked her magic with a full head of highlights. All while being very patient and kind to me juggling my teething 4 month old on my lap.Thank you team Shampoo. I am so grateful for your kindness and your amazing skills to help me feel human again!

I can't understand how anyone would think the Staff at Shampoo were snobby in any way. I consider myself very lucky to have found this wonderful space 5 years ago. My experience has been hugely positive and I look forward to my appointments in this lively, friendly and very professional salon. My hair has never looked better and I would be very reluctant to trust a cut and color to anyone else now.

Myles was wonderful at cutting my son’s longer, layered hair after years of traumatic hair butchering at traditional barbershops. He walked out very happy with a great cut.

Have been going here for a long time but not anymore-they have a snobby attitude and don't get the color right and passed me to many others who work there as Carrie didn't want to do my hair. They are in West Van and cater to the moneyed people. I have a great stylist now and am glad I don't have to travel all the way there to put up with their airs"."

My new go to place for a haircut. My carbon foot print is important to me, they have easy parking for my moped. Decided to use a moped to get around town since front left bumper of my Range needs repair. Thx Crystal for the great clip

I’ve know Kim and Carrie for many years, but just recently started going to Shampoo for both cut and colour and I am so happy I made the switch! My colour is gorgeous and the cuts are exactly how I like them. The atmosphere is super fun and friendly not like some other snobby salons. I highly recommend Shampoo. My teenage daughters are also going there and if they are happy that says a lot!Linda H.

I've gone to Shampoo for about 4 years now and each time I'm very blown away by the quality of the haircut and the fun, friendly atmosphere! If you're looking for a professional haircut, this has gotta be the best place in West Vancouver! Highly recommended!

Daniela recently highlighted my hair. I’m very happy with the result it did require a slight tweak and return visit but Daniela obliged willingly. I have to say for a young stylist who is relatively new to the business. She exercises immense professionalism, courtesy and grace. She has a lovely personality coupled with a very old soul. As a stylist she is dedicated to her work and clearly determined to succeed and excel at her trade. I truly can see her going forward in leaps and bounds with her career as a hairdresser, absorbing and learning along the way. She is open and extremely hardworking (commuting a considerable distance daily subsequently her day is long) also very talented and competent at her job. It’s so important to her that the client is 150% satisfied with the end result. Shampoo as a salon is very fortunate to have this young lady as part of their team.Bless you Daniela you are a real sweetheart.look forward to my next cut and blow in the near future. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
