I purchased a car here, and it seems they have a great team of people. Moe helped me through the process of purchasing and test driving my car, he was informative, and personable. The business was reasonable, upfront, and accommodating. They had great customer service, even took time out of their day to deliver my new car to my preferred auto shop the day after the deal. Would recommend this place to someone looking for a used vehicle in the future. Given the times, and the current market I think they had relatively fair pricing. I purchased the car 'as is' so I can't say how their warranty or service side of the business is, but I can't imagine them being intentionally unreasonable.

Great service - Vehicle I bought was exactly as advertised and everything that needed to be replaced during the safety inspection was done at the dealerships cost. I didn't know they even replaced the front brakes that I had mentioned during the walk around. The second key showed up in the mail within the week as promised.Great sales staff - The were very friendly and helpful with explaining all the requirements for the loan, safety inspection, down payment and how to provide them so that I could drive back to Ottawa that day. They also helped with the questions I had about purchasing a used vehicle in Ontario as I have never purchased a vehicle in this province. Any reasonable request I made such as safety, replacement of worn tires, brakes, replacing spare key if missing was not met with grifting or refusal. Top Notch!Great value - The price they were offering the BMW 328D that I was purchasing was on par with other dealerships that didn't have any options/packages. So I paid the same price for a fully loaded model that other dealerships were selling base models for. This was the second dealership I dealt with for this purchase and this one had no hidden fees"

I have purchased numerous vehicles in the past and I have got to say that this one was one of the easiest and most pleasurable experiences I have had at a used car dealership. From my first encounter through to the point of delivery. Mike, Moe and Sam were easy to deal with, genuine, personable, and accommodating. The entire process was smooth and quick - turnaround time of purchase, having the vehicle safetied, detailed, and picked up was remarkable. Absolutely amazing experience working with Mike and the guys at DMP, right from the start they were up front and honest about every aspect of our Mercedes Sprinter van. The negotiation was respectful, Mike took the time to walk me through the process and answer all my questions and concerns. The after sale customer service was incredible, an issue came up with the van shortly after purchase and Mike bent over backwards and immediately made arrangements to solve the issue and get me back on the road. I've owned over 30 vehicles in my lifetime and have never had a better experience, I will buy from them again guaranteed. Thanks.

Do Not Buy! Beware! Friendly guys that’ll make any of the cars seem like a good choice, even though he may have his own opinion. Bought a 2009 Audi A4 from the lot and when I was finally able to pick it up they told me that the oil was replaced, the car has been safetied. Drove it of the lot an had an engine light come on, came back and had them clear the code. 3 days later I drove it and got a warning for my oil needs to be changed because of the oil burning. Again, I came back and they diagnosed that it wasn’t anything to worry about and again cleared the code. I took it to their “mechanic” Jim’s auto service on Hamilton Road and they said that the oil was replaced and was all good to go. Not even a week later it had to have a part repaired in the engine. Another 4 days after it got repaired it just completely died on me. Had it towed to Bud Pohill and he showed us the oil that couldn’t even drip out of the car. Bud even gave us a sample to show DMP and they accused us of putting bad oil in the vehicle. (How do you even begin to assume I’d put bad oil in a car??!) Currently the car has been sitting and being looked over more then it has been on the road. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.

Not my first time buying a vehicle but my very first best experience ever! DMP have a great selection with reasonable prices! But what made my experience the best one was the caring, honest and excellent customer service! After having an accident and shopping for another vehicle is very stressful plus I was going through a rough time. I am glad I end up in the right place. The drive from Kingsville to London was worth every km!!! DMP not only helped me to buy the perfect vehicle but also, made my day and my life all better! I bought a Jaguar XF 2013 from here (Mike was great) cost $18200 with taxes & warranty. I had an issue a week later BUT Mike helped fixed it which i find great as alot used car places once they deliver The car & get paid its your problem, BUT not this place they fixed the issue. So if you are not sure to deal with this place i would say give it a try, i would buy from here again. JoeJaguar

Went to have a look at a car we were considering purchasing, and the overall experience was excellent. Moe (the salesperson) was very polite and gave us the opportunity to have a good look at the car without any pressure. Ended up with a very positive impression of the dealership.
