Canada Post

This is a decent Canada Post location. The staff seem fairly friendly whenever I come in here, they were very polite to help me with my ignorance when I was looking to make a shipment, the parking is good, there's plenty of lock-boxes for those who'd want one. My only suggestion would be to educate staff on FlexDelivery a bit further, as I had to push them a bit that the package was indeed there, and I was indeed the recipient, when it should have been fairly obvious to them. No real concerns other than that, they're very close to a 5 star review in my books, but just not quite there.

Horrible experience

Being kind goes a long way. Unfortunately this location has one of the meanest clerks ever. Tall, dark hair and light skin with a fake smile. She sees someone struggling and is rude and dismissive. I've had better experiences there, but whenever I see her, I rather turn around and go somewhere else. The first time I went she didn't know what to do in the computer and acted as if it was my fault when I had done the same process several times in the same location with other clerks. I will continue to go somewhere else when she's there or simply go another time. Too bad. Everyone else is friendly.

Horrible experience

Numerous deliveries marked as Delivered to recipient's front door" on the online tracking page have needed to be picked up from the mail depot with no explanation and no delivery notification tag. I don't know if they have a problem with my address of if it's just plain negligence/laziness
