MUST READ !!Beware of buying any Gold items from this store. They are a rip off. I went in and the present price of 22 karat gold per gram when i went in was $63. Mostly jewellery stores will charge you around 30-40% making charges. This will mean you can expect to pay roughly $90 per gram of a 22karat jewelry. This means if a gold jewellery is 22 karat and weighs 50 grams, at most you should be paying - 50 grams X $90 = $4500 plus taxes.These guys are charging $115 per gram of 22 karat gold without taxes. This means you will pay 50 gram X $115= $5750. That is ‘just crazy’ .THIS IS INSANE !!DONT WASTE YOIR TIME, GO TO OTHER JEWELLERY STORES NEARBY (search them on Google)

In comparison to other pawn shops I've dealt with in the lower mainland over the years, AAA Pawnbrokers is my favorite. The reason I prefer to go here is for the great customer service and timely processing (I'm usually in and out the door with cash in hand in less than 5 minutes). They always have a great selection of jewelry and audio equipment/music instruments for sale.

I have been coming here for the past few years. The shop is in a good, central location, it is very clean, and has a good selection of guitars, jewellery, and electronics. Not at all shady. All the pawnbrokers are super nice and know their stuff. The owner (the one with the accent) is fair and accommodating. I have been late with payment a couple of times, just sent him an email, and he kept my things for a couple more days even though he could have sold them. This place is definitely worth visiting, even just to shop.

Great guys to deal with, very profesional. I bought a Camera lens from an add they had posted on Craig's list. Spoke with Tim over the phone, sent payment via e-transfer, then they shipped it out. The lens was packaged well, and was exactly as described on Craig's List. Great customer service from these guys. I highly recommend them!

I brought my IMac in with a good solid box that can carry 10 lbs. Each time my computer was returned there was a problem. My first problem, my box was wrecked upon receiving my computer back. My computer is new and have had no problem with the handle being frail previously. My second time pawning my computer there was water damage upon them returning my computer back to me. They apologized and said that they would give me discount next time I want to pawn something off. I’ve had conversation before my last visit about the care of my property and they said they keep things in a safe cubby. Overall, I do not recommend this place as a pawn shop. I am lucky my expensive computer was layered enough to not receive any damage. My computer was fortunate enough to not be damaged but I was only given a card for a discount next pawn. I had to pay regular charges for my property being returned water damaged. I was not bringing my computer back to them

Worst pawn shop ever don't bring your goods there they will lowball you. They offered me under $100 for a Microsoft surface pro 1tb 2.6 13 inch touch screen 16 g ram I paid over three grand they are a joke plus the guy was rude about it

I went there to sell a ps4 and they said they will only give me 50 dollars for the ps4 because they have too many in stock so I said no then the next day I come in with a 4000 dollar mountain bike in very good condition but without a receipt for the bike they can only give me 50 dollars for it which is understandable because bikes get stolen often so I told them to take a picture of my ID and if the bike gets reported stolen you can call the police on me but they still refused to buy the bike and continued to say without the receipt we cant buy it for the price u are asking for but we can buy it for 50 dollars because that’s how much the bike is worth without a receipt which is like saying a gold bar is worth 50 dollars without a receipt It seems like they would rather want a customer to lose money while they make all the profit off items u want to sell
