Technician Preston was great! He fixed the brakes on my dad's walker and also make a patch repair with some electrical tape on one of the brake cable's ferrules. He's going to see if a replacement cable is available. All in all, over the past 5 years dealing with them with my aging parents has always been a relief knowing that they have some thing-a-ma-jig to do something for people who can't use their hands or legs or whatever properly to do the things we all take for granted when we are young and able bodied!Thanks once again, Preston for going that extra mile today!

worst place to deal with ever; to bad there wasn't more vendors to deal with in Thunder bay. Still waiting for a phone call about a toilet they installed a 10 months ago.

My husbands scooter kept stopping only 10 months old they wouldn't honour there warranty told my husband they couldn't fix it it's still stopping on him.We went to Toronto for his cancer operation and when we got back he was very dissappointed they couldn't fix it.He depends on it to get around he's also has suffered a stroke and has no use of his left arm and his walking is compromised.Now he's left with no scooter to ride very poor treating the disabled like this they should be ashamed of themselves.I left 3 messages for Jim and wouldn't return my calls totally avoided me.I wouldn't recommend buying anything here.

Bought numerous products $5000 worth I had issues over and over again with both products I paid for repairs that werent completed, given the run around over and over again, given a loaner scooter that broke .5 km from my home. I wont purchase a single thing again from this place
