David (driver) was great and his dog was cute. They were responsive to our calls and even showed up early at the airport when we arrived earlier than planned. Great service, will use it again!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!We made a last minute online reservation while onboard our cruise ship as we didn’t want to be stuck with luggage for a whole day before our flight home. This was our first time booking something like this and so we were not sure how it would go. There was no need to be nervous as it all went swimmingly! Efficient communication and specific instructions and information regarding meeting point and vehicle registration. Driver Ben collected our luggage right outside the cruise terminal and he delivered to the airport at the agreed time and place. Phew!It made such a wonderful difference to the end of our holiday as it meant we could explore some of Vancouver before our flight home.Thank you very much to Ben and Porter Genie. Fantastic service - our luggage was collected and delivered on time and we had a stress free and luggage free final day in Vancouver. Ben collected our luggage from our airbnb this morning and Dave delivered it later to Vancouver airport. Very reasonably priced service and completely reliable. Couldn't recommend more highly

This was the most amazing service! Our driver was Ben and he was just the best. Collected our luggage very efficiently but on returning it to our destination we found that our accommodation was not suitable so Ben got on his phone, sorted us out somewhere else to stay,drove us there and did a tour of the area pointing out good places to eat. What a gem! Would highly recommend. Would we get this sort of service in England I wonder all for no extra charge! Needless to say we gave him a good tip.

PorterGenie is an awesome and reliable service! My friends and I took a last minute trip to Vancouver and landed at 9am but could only check in to our accommodation after 3pm. We didn’t know what to do with our luggage and we didn’t want to mope around the airport. PorterGenie came to our rescue and was super flexible about when and where to pickup and drop off. Service was quick and prompt and Ben, the driver, was friendly and responsive. I highly recommend PorterGenie!

Great experience! We arrived in Vancouver by cruise ship and our driver Ben met us as we exited the ship terminal. He took all of our luggage in the morning so we could enjoy sightseeing that day, and he delivered the luggage to us at the airport that evening. He couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. I highly recommend this service!

Outstanding service!! David was on time and very courteous.This was such a great option for us. Our cruise disembarked at 8:00am and our flight was not until 10:45pm. This allowed us a full day to relax and explore Vancouver. Highly recommend!

Great service! Pickup right at the door, and delivery to the airport, allowed me to enjoy my final day in Vancouver without worrying about my luggage.
