Excellent service from start to finish! Very professional. We called and they just happened to have an opening for us the next week. Eric, the sales associate, came out with brochures with all of the different products and roof colours to match our home colour and fit in with the other homes on the street. We chose based on cost and material. They came in with a crew of six, yes six, and had 3/4 of the current roof removed within the 1st day. The next day, they started working on the built-in gutters and drains and re-roofing the areas removed. 1 1/2 days later we were done. We had a request to move some of the vents to route through the roof instead of the soffits, which is where they were before re-roofing. The main supervisor came out a couple of days before the installation to see what we were looking to do and he said it would be no problem.We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend this company. Our entire experience with Northwood Roofing was amazing. The crew was polite, on-time and went the 'extra mile' when cleaning up the work site. Brian and his team worked very hard to complete our challenging roof efficiently and professionally. People in our neighbourhood commented on the high level of safety that was displayed and how quiet the crew was (no loud music or poor language). Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this company. They're responsive, efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with. They were out here the very same day to assess my roof. They returned to tarp it, to prevent further leaks until they could get a crew onsite. They walked me through several different shingle and gutter options, and work began within a couple of weeks. Their site crew was friendly, hardworking and always left the site clean and swept at the end of each day. Their final bill matched their quote and I couldn't be happier with my new roof. We had a small issue and literally couldn't get a hold of any other roofing company. Northwood came out and solved the issue immediately.Easy peasy, they were great to work with.

Had some problematic gutter and drain design issues stemming from the original design of the home (1986). The placement was too high in the drain, resulting in runoff points. The team installed new larger drains and re seamed them all, with new downpipes. Price was reasonable, better than other quotes received, but most important the job was done thoroughly and professionally.

We had 3 solar roof vents installed by Northwood Roofing and super happy with the results. My daughter's bedroom used to be hot in the summer but it isn't now, thanks to the solar venting. All our upstairs rooms are cooler now too. I would recommend Northwood Roofing to anyone who needs to ventilate or cooling down their house. I even get one installed on my garage so I can spent more time in my man cave.

We had our roof replaced plywood included. Jesse and crew did a wonderful job. Shingles look great. We had Eric explain whole process and kept his word. They made sure we had our roof done before the rainy season. I recommend Northwood Roofing

It has been a great experience having Northwood roofing to reroof my old cedar shakes into Enviro shakes. Big thank you to Jesse, Eric, Josh, Brian and his crew, and etc. They clearly know what they are doing, they put great passion into it. New roof looks amazing. It's not cheap but top quality comes with a fair price as always. Would definitely recommend them.
