Super friendly staff up front, and badminton nights on Sundays. Go play yourself a game. Protocols are lifting soon for the viral outbreak, so let's see how well this review ages. Just remember not to pick your nose or sneeze on the equipment. Do the vampire sneeze if you have to. And try not to suck on your fingers in public without sanitizing them first. Have some exercise, and take your vitamins. You can thank yourself later.

This is a great little gem of a gym for the town. I didn't have a small workout area in my hotel so looked up this spot complete with track, machines and Gym. For a 9$ day pass I was able to use the facility and feel great while in the Pas for business purposes. The entrance is at the back of the curling club so a little tricky after googling it. Some directional signage out front would be helpful to visitors.

Nice building, good food at the concession stand, arena has nice heat on the bleachers as well which is a plus.

The Wellness Centre is very clean, well-maintained, and friendly. Monthly passes are cheap and due to the pass cards and someone ALWAYS at the front desk, no one is able to just wander or sneak in.
