was promised a refund of my tip at approx $65 and was advised to reach out. I have emailed you 4 times replying back to the address you sent me the review request from. If this is not a valid email address please provide one and I will email that with my request.Walked in for what I was expecting to be $150 + tax/tip for foils. I walked out with a bill for $262.50 before tip (which I gave at 20% out of habit and prompted by the machine). Total spent was $315.I was told the total was for foils as well as full head colour.I did not ask for full head colour. I asked for full head foils, alternating blonde and a medium/dark brown in colours that were specifically chosen out of their colour book.She did ALL blonde foils then painted" the rest of the hair with a mix of product. She didn't use the brown I had asked for but created her own colour

Fariba is absolutely amazing, just like all the other reviews say. She takes the time to understand what you are looking for and know your hair before she gives her suggestions of what is best for you. Extremely detail oriented and calm. Finally I have found my forever hairdresser. The salon is also very pleasant and clean.

I can’t speak highly enough of this salon. Fariba is the definition of perfection when it comes to haircutting , coloring and balayage.Fariba did my hair and I loved it. She was awesome, polite and sweet. Did my hair exactly the way I wanted. I will definitely go back to her again. I highly recommend!

I am beyond satisfied with my hair cut with Mojee today. I got a shoulder-length cut with long layers, and received a dozen of compliments after. Throughout the process, Mojee was extremely attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. She guided me through every step and asked plenty of questions to get my consent while cutting my hair. I am a 68-year-old woman who has been driving to a well known & expensive hair salon in Vancouver for 38 years. I was tired of the long drive, the $20 parking, and the fact that I felt that after all these years I wasn’t being heard. 2 weeks ago, I thought, “Enough!” I googled hair salons near me and found that Unique Hair Spa had the best reviews by far. ***** I made a free consultation appt. for the next day with Fariba.My hair was a mess! It was half gray, half brassy blonde, and when I washed it, it felt like I was washing a bale of hay! Fariba gently made some suggestions, explaining everything in detail. It was easy to trust her, and so I gave her free reign to do her magic and am I ever glad I did!My hair is GORGEOUS! The colour is stunning, the cut is beautiful, and it feels and looks so soft & shiny!It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am and how lucky I feel to have found someone as truly talented & wonderful as Fariba Morshedi. I will never go anywhere else!

Lovely, clean, small salon right in the centre of town. Mary listened to what I wanted from my hairstyle and gave me exactly the right cut for my needs and hair type, plus lots of helpful styling advice and aesthetics tips. All in all a great first experience at Unique Hair Spa!

I wish I could give Mary 6 stars! She knew exactly what to do, and I am thrilled with the cut and colour. I left the salon a new woman. The colour is gorgeous. Mary is an artist!
