In my opinion this location was way better than other locations. The food wasn’t oil and it was well cooked. I will definitely try it out again

Undercooked fish and terrible Uber experience. The tartar sauce was disgusting. We also asked for extra tartar and received three for what was meant to be four pieces of fish and three fries with coleslaw- which is fine because it was too gross to use. We are missing two sets of fries and our coleslaw; which means not enough food for our family.Our delivery driver did not double-check the order. Our driver also delivered the food to our neighbor, and it had to be retrieved. We will never order from here again. We will also never use Uber again. What a terrible experience.

Great fish and chips! Being English, we have high standards for fish and chips, and we thoroughly enjoy our meals from Captain George. Highly recommended.

I normally dislike eating Fish at restaurants but this restaurant provided the most enjoyable Fish & Chips experience I've had in year's. The food and service are top-tier! My family and I visit Oshawa often and we are grateful to have found this place! The service and the staff are very nice and fast

Had takeout for two, asked the ladies not to wrap tightly so the steam would escape, was perfect when I got home a quick 20 seconds in microwave and Presto good Job well done..

Undercooked food.You have me confused with someone else.Your response is an outright lie. I do not order from you once a week. We had one complaint since you’ve owned the place. You yourself had mentioned that the fish was fishy that one time before it was paid for. Over the years that I have been there supporting your business I have now mentioned to you just 2 occasions. It was never more than just the 2x. You had undercooked the fries and were called about it. You said to come in and have it replaced and when that time came you put on a show and said you weren’t going to replace the undercooked food. If this is how you want to speak of me GOOD LUCK!

Food was of poor quality overpriced and very small portion of fries for almost 50 dollars u would expect more won't b eating there again
