Wife wanted a size 9 1/2 wide running shoe. Only one pair in store. I wanted a men's running shoe size 14. Assistant said he would have to check every style in store individually to see if they had my size, no way to check by size overall. Shoe boxes all mixed up in sizes. Sizes on boxes too small to read without kneeling down. Terrible experience.

Personly it is my favourite store. The staff is friendy and always help me find me the right shoes. They are also quick in finding the shoes size. But the problem is that the stock on shoes is always low. It takes them weeks for a shoes restock

We went in to buy a bicycle that was on sale. We talked to a friendly and helpful sales associate who offered to have the bike assembled so we could come back to take a look. My wife was excited and expressed confidence in the assembly particularly because they mentioned a checklist they use, as was explained to her. She purchased the bike. Upon closer inspection when we got home the seat doesn't seem torqued properly and the pedals were physically loose. We appreciate the warranty and that we can bring it back for further gear and brake adjustments which we will.

Staff was attentive and professional. Every staff member checked in on us and asked if we needed help. Store is large and in the middle of renovations right now. Would shop here again.

I dropped my bike for a basic tune up. It was done sooner than anticipated, which was great. But other than a bit of cleaning it doesn’t appear anything was done to my bike. Rim breaks were misaligned and squealing but were not touched during the tune up.

I had Chase helping me buy a great pair of jogging shoes. Being older and a retired veteran for 25 years, this can be very frustrating. Chase made me very relaxed and I actually enjoyed the process., he gave me a great deal and did not have to shop at a competitors store.Thanks Chase for me.Don

I always seem to have a good experience at this location but today exceeded my expectations. I purchased a snowboard and found out later the my binding plates wouldn’t work with this board. I went back and chatted with one of the workers there and he was so helpful! He even gave me a complimentary set of plates. I will definitely contune to do all of my business at this location!

If what you are looking for is in the size XL or 2 XL don't bother going to this store, not a big selection, no stock in the large sizes

A bit of a mixed review here. I asked about hockey bags and if there were more than what I saw. I was told by one guy what we have is out there" and went back to sharpening skates. Having been online earlier and checking inventory I doubted this. A young lady walked by and asked if I needed help. I mentioned what I saw online and she told me there was far more "out back". She came back with exactly what I was looking for. I guess there are two morals in every story: first
