Had a good selection of inventory and had good customer service.

I have my own HVAC business and they over charge so much for parts. A flame rod normally is give or take 10 to 15 bucks but at ecco its 45 magically. They don't care about small businesses and cater only to large companies. Obviously they have a big building and don't care about over charging cause now they have to pay for it. This is my last resort and will only use them if I absolutely must.

Don't bother calling for parts before 9 a.m. the parts guys aren't awake. If they can't type your parts information into the computer they don't have the brainpower to dig beyond that. My money went to the supplier I called next!

Had a really pleasant experience dealing with Reg on an after hours emergency call. He was very courteous and understanding and went the extra mile to get me what I needed. He was very informative and helpful.

For a store that deals with hvac they lack in some hand tools. But what burst my bubble is when I asked for a certain tool they suggested one, then got home realized that it was not the proper tool for the job went to return it the next day first thing In the morning and they hit me with a 20% restocking fee. I realise it may be written on the receipt but really it is a tool they have suppliers for thsee type of things it's not like they had to build anything in their shop.My advice be sure of what you are buying there or else they will get you. I only got a hit of 15 dollars could have been worse.

Needed some custom sheet metal fittings on short notice. John came though for us and delivered quality product on time. Great service.

We buy quite a bit here and it's been a good experience.
