OO Movers connects you to independent moving companies, so your experience will vary depending on which company you get. In my case, my movers were super friendly, professional, careful, and went above and beyond.The OO website didn't save the move details I put down (this was not the mover's fault), which resulted in a smaller truck being sent for my move. The movers were clear and upfront about the issue - they were not going to be able to take everything, but did a fantastic job to get as much as possible. In the end what got left behind fit perfectly in my car!My only feedback is that the truck was very dusty, which resulted in some furniture pieces arriving slightly dirty, but it wasn't hard to clean them at all.

This was the first time in 9 years where movers didn't make me frustrated or break any of my things or call me names or rip me off or get drunk on the job. Ian was well mannered did the job at hand and didn't mess around. He listened well and was funny.

I highly recommend OO Movers. I moved in Surrey and used Riad. He was wonderful and super helpful to me. I really appreciate everything they did to assist me.

The only good thing is their management . Had a couple of newbies, including Iyad and his crew they brought a small truck to move a 3 bed house, complaints about the amount of things to be moved, each time I would walk into a room I would catch Iyad in a corner hiding and was constantly on his phone and texting while I was paying for the time .He didn't know how to assemble any furniture,he had to depend on his worker he hired.

Couldn’t say enough great things about the 3 gentlemen we had move our one bedroom apartment. They were extremely fast and efficient, friendly and polite. They worked really well and took care of all of our furniture. They were on time and used every second productively. Thank you Nick, Reece (Maurice) and his brother Nick for making our move so much easier.
