*WARNING RAW FOOD* i went through tonight (May 4th) at about 9:15pm. I was asked to park my vehicle for them to make fresh food which i had no issues with. once i got home and took a bite of my junior chicken i thought it tasted odd, I looked at it and by my surprise it was completely raw (see attached image) I called the store and spoke with them about it and offered to bring the sandwich in for them or send this photo. The manager that answered the phone (Chris) had just started his night shift and was very polite and professional about the situation. He informed me that there was a batch of raw food that went out so that this was not the only call he had received. Although the manager was fantastic in regards to the situation, the staff from the previous shift that served us the raw food were quite rude. It concerns me that somehow completely raw chicken managed to be served when it only takes 3min 30seconds to cook a junior chicken and i was parked for at least 5min. I hope someone from higher up in the corporation actually sees this review and addresses it as situations like this are entirely unacceptable as it can lead to dangerous consequences like salmonella poisoning.

Great food and pleasant staff. My only concern is the cleanliness of the bathroom and playland at this location. My son is 3 and used the bathroom twice and it is full of graffiti on walls on stall. The playland is not very tidy. Looks like it could use a decent mopping.

Why is the fountain area always so dirty at night time? Like can't they just wipe it..? I don't see it being time consuming and it's clearly hadn't been cleaned for the past few hours. Not once; multiple times it's dirty...

Such great drivethru staff. A huge shoutout to whoever hired Evan too. Great job. Nicest kid. So pleasant. He definitely gives teenagers a good name!

If there was zero star I would choose it.I went after working 16 hours for a little meal for me and my husband I asked for fresh chicken strips and fresh fries, all my items were cold and old. The fries was disgusting.I had abdominal pain the moment I finished my mealThe girl who was on the cash not sure how hard it is to take and order and enter it correctly but she just didn't care.When I told her that the food is cold she didn't even apologize.After giving me the new right order they came 2 min later to ask me to leave as the store is closingNever seen that garbage customer service anywhere

Unfortunately, drive thru was busy in the morning. Maybe lack of staff. Got breakfast sandwich and sandwich was not intact. Cheese was stuck on paper not just little bit, whole cheese. Coffee was coffee flavoured sugar water. I am regular here and this day was so far worst from this place.

Just picked up food. Mobile order. Got to counter. Order number NOT on screen. So kinda waited ... place was packed with school kids.. A ZOO...finally server calls my number and I pointed number is NOT on screen .. Polick or maybe Polly snaps a rude response. Made my day. Coffee missing sugar and milk. Should have stopped at another location or different brand. Disappointed.
