White fat lady with short BLONDE hair and GLASSES at the entrance door is very rude and completely ignores customers. She even rolled her eyes at me when I asked her a question. It is clear that karens don’t understand the concept of customer service so why bother hire them? Never shopping here again lmao

Inside Willowbrook Mall. Very busy, security at both entrances. This is a much smaller location than is typical for this company. No electronic monsters or scary set-up for the kids to play with. Alot packed into this smaller location, kids and adult costumes are in separate areas. Lots of eccessories for each costume. Sizes are running low on the floor, so best to ask the employees for more sizes. No staff on the floor as they were busy due to a line-up at the cash register. Best to go when the mall first opens, for better selection and help. 4 stars.

Fabulous place for everything Halloween. Closed now. Nov 1st and I think 2nd was the big sale. Always a fun place to visit.

It was absolutely amazing! I absolutely loved how they displayed the displays since there wasn’t any room. They did to so professionally! Really exited to see if they’ll be in the same spot this year!

Its a good place for costumes, but overall expensive... for example the image IT costed over $150. But, it gets spookier when you test the animatronics! BOO!
