I can't brag more about the service I received at this location. A wonderful Manger named Jodi-Lynn went above and beyond the call of duty to help me register a ton of letters. She remained friendly and professional the whole time. She is such an asset to the business. A huge thank you to Jodi-Lynn. An easy 5 Stars.

Be 20 years customer of Canada Post. Just once forgot to tape my parcel. They let me buy the tape from them. They don't help. The rate sholud be zero.

They used to be open until 9pm, but often closed 5 to 10 min early. This is frustrating when you don't work locally, and you are trying to pick up a parcel.Now, they changed their hours to close at 5pm according to the Canada post website. This changes it from frustrating to unworkable.

I created an online customs form to be sent to Colorado. I was told the ZIP code didn't match. It turns out the ZIP code was missing the 4 digit extension, but instead of adding the 4 digit code the staff member, Sarah, just changed the entire address to somewhere in California with the same ZIP code and it was delivered to the wrong location.

Shipment delays or as they call them exceptions" my order was shipped priority service 2 + weeks ago and still has not arrived. I'm guessing there's some problems with Canada Post"

Staff are always rude, if you don't like your job get a different one but please stop pushing your negative feelings onto customers. Unacceptable behavior, try being nice and using a smile.
