Busters Towing

Losers drive around Vancouver acting like cops towing cars without notice. They take a picture and say it was the city, scammers. My car was in front of my place they started to hook it up and when one of my employees told him I was coming he drove away with my car not completely hooked safely no lights no safety chains and ran so they could charge me more. I was parked at the entrance of my construction site in a lane we closed legally (city permission). Making everyone's life harder

Customer representative couldn't explain in detail the breakdown of the charges. There's a lot of hidden fees that are not clearly stated on the website. The customer service is pretty much non-existent. All they care is getting as much money from people as possible and charge you the highest possible rate unless you question the charges. This is just pure robbery of people.

Busters idles and takes cars in kitslano whenever they like. I watch them take cars that are NOT illegally parked on a regular basis. It creates a lot of anxiety for the locals who have to park on the street.They also love to clog the roads in kitslano, (just watched busters at 9 am on a long weekend, drive his tow truck from where ever he was, and completed his task of putting lights on the truck he took, and then leave his truck idling while he does paperwork, completely unaware that there was someone trying to pull out of their parking space.Beware when parking in kitslano, they love to take your cars.Also in 2021, I was nearly run off the road by a tow truck trying to speed past me on 16th by UBC, luckily a cop came out of no where (looking for speeders) the busters tow truck guy, was pulled over and knew what he was doing was dangerous. Just because you drive a tow truck, constantly stealing cars that aren't parked illegally and drive like the rules don't apply to them. Must be how the company runs....This is more of a Public Servie Announement for people coming to kitslano neighbourhoods, they love that a lot of our parking has been taken up by the Subway construction and take advantage of the situation. Parking beware!

Had to move something 3 block away and asked the office what would be the cost. They quoted me $160.After the move/delivery has been completed, the drive handed me a super inflatable bill with all sorts of charges the made the total $100 more than expected including a $39 fuel surcharge for under 1 km drive plus few more unreasonable charges.

Had to have my car towed due to a stolen muffler. Flatbed truck to the rescueThey arrived on time and the driver was great.

The guy was nice enough but I am very sus of how much they're charging on gas for towing my car about a five minute drive away. Something isn't adding up for a $200 bill.

Mohammed helped me out in a pinch. Not only did he arrive on time, but early.Did I mention this was at 4am? I had tried countless other competitors, but these guys were even recommended to me from OTHER tow companies.I was stuck in an alleyway downtown and it would have cost me over $200 to get my car towed to the North Shore. Let alone what they may have charged me once I got there.Mohammed went above & beyond with his service. He was kind, compassionate, HONEST, and didn’t give up until he had resolved my car issue.I am forever grateful to him and his team, who promised quick service, even in the middle of the night downtown, when everyone else told me “No, not for 2 more hours”!

Unjustifiable Charges and Incompetent Service: Avoid Busters Towing Trunk Company!I had an incredibly disappointing experience with BustersTowing Trunk Company, my car was towed at 28E due to due to stop within 6 metres of the nearest edge of the street". The fact that they charged me a whopping $178 for towing my trunk a distance of under 4 kilometers is simply unacceptable.To make matters worse

Wildly incorrect km distance on invoice. Do the towers think we don't read what they write?The address of tow and and the impound address were both correct and the distance between the two is 1.1km according to Google but the km distance on the ticket says 56 km, an outrageous discrepancy.Had the distance been accurately recorded my base fee would have been around $78 (small car, under 6km towing distance) but instead it was $102.46 and I can only assume it also inflated the fuel surcharge. I thought the price was too high based on the fee breakdown on the website for my situation but what could I do besides pay it? These guys don’t even deserve 1 star. Absolute greedy thieves. Payed $500 to get my car unimpounded after my vacation and realized my battery was dead. Instead of helping me out and giving me some jumper cables to jump my car they tried to charge me $80 for one of their tow truck drivers to jump my car. After arguing with them for 10 minutes I just went out to the yard and asked one of the drivers for a jump and he did it FOR FREE! The people at the front desk want to do nothing else but take your money and are not helpful at all. Horrible costumer service.
