Spirit of Hockey

I was recently at the hockey hall of fame looking for jerseys for family’s Xmas presents. Not only did I find what I needed (My father a Montreal Canadiens fan, and my son his grandson a Leafs fan, both have always been going back and forth on who is the better team. So to get them the players jerseys they most cherished was amazing. The staff there were beyond knowledgeable and extremely friendly to me. Not only did the staff help me with trying to remember my fathers favourite player it was (Henri Richard) all I knew is it was an old time player with the number 16. They knew right away. Plus I also go a Mitch Marner jersey for my son. The staff there made the look on my Dad and my son’s face priceless on Xmas morning! Thanks again to the awesome staff work at the Hall of Fame!

This place is one my favorite places to attend. Overall it's the ultimste hockey fan experience and the exhibits are outstanding. The gift shop has a wide selection of souvenirs. William and staff were very friendly and offered assistance by making sure i found what we needed. My kids were very happy to find their teams jerseys and pucks. Wonderful experience and will be looking forward to going next time we are in the city.

William was kind, professional and very appreciated. He made our trip to The Hockey Hall of Fame and the Spirit of Hockey store super memorable. We enjoyed his knowledge of all things hockey and he took the time to make my parents trip one they will remember forever. Thank you William for sharing your love of hockey with my father! Best Customer Experience that I have had during these challenging post covid supply shortages. I ordered a (just one) jersey for display at a gym/physical therapy facility #BARWIS in Florida. I had not paid for it, just left my name and contact information with William the store manager in Toronto. They had nothing in stock, but they were waiting for their container to arrive from overseas....we all know how long that has been taking...I seriously did not expect to hear back for one item. William contacted me 8 weeks later to ask if I was still interest. I said YES! WOW and he pulled the jersey I required and sent it out to be numbered! When it arrived back at William's store completed he contacted me, and I was able to pay remotely. I live quite far and he also delivered the jersey to my house free of charge because I had waited so long. The wait was no fault of the store, but I greatly appreciated the delivery! William probably has had hundreds of one off requests and I applaud him for keeping it all straight and following up! This is very special, and he is one of a kind! Thank you William!

The choice and quality of items has really improved since the last time I was here about 5 years ago. Many very fun items and tons of gear.

The NHL Hall of Fame and the Spirit of Hockey were amazing. The whole experience was awesome and a dream come true for our family. We had some issues no fault to the Hall of Fame and Spirit of Hockey and they were handled quickly and efficiently by William. Everyone was so nice through the whole experience. Highly recommend a visit to both the store and Hall of Fame. You won’t be disappointed! The store has a variety of things you can only get at the Hall of Fame, be sure to stop by!

We are sooo happy with Spirit of Hockey. We are from Winnipeg and we bought a jersey for our 12-year old son, and we noticed a defect when we arrived home. Spirit of Hockey immediately sent us a replacement. The service was amazing. This store is excellent!

The Hockey Hall of Fame was good and enjoyed the interactive games. Seeing the Stanley Cup and annual hockey awards and seeing names and teams of past and present was great. Where I was disappointed was I found the gift shop very limited and not that interesting in selection. Some shirts, hockey pucks, and key chains and other junk no one needs.
