Don’t buy I bought 2021 RAV4 hybrid, from Heninger Toyota in Calgary after I drove it 50 km for and engine stopped working I took it back and asked them to replace it to another car they ate refused to give me another car they will fixing it instead,so they had tear down the engine and replace it.When you go to buy car from them ,they are telling you that anything happen warranty will cover it, they are cheating you guys. I even spoken to the head person from Toyota Canada,he told me that Toyota doesn’t replace cars.I felt so pain to buy Toyota

Terrible experience!Looks they are good as far as inventory is full! If they see the market is tight then all ethics and morals gone!Visited them (TOYOTA Stampede Calgary)yesterday with family to purchase a new highlander worth of 58500 CAD before tax, which was cancelled by another customer. We accepted all terms and conditions and even accepted everything previous buyer added worth of 3500 CAD!, At the end when they found out that we may have another car for trade in, they offered the lowest price possible which we didn't accept but they said sorry rules changed we can't sell you the new car without trade in!!! The new term that added at the last minute! The whole time they were repeating there are 3 more appointments ready to purchase the car! Absolutely zero respect to the client who is sitting at the table! At the end sales manager showed up and repeated same stuff! We really felt like a hostage! We Left there with so bad memories. On good days are dealers treat you well but on these days you will see who really play fair and respect client as advertised the TOYOTA way!

Cheap and unreliable product plus woriest service.My 2017 sienna is efficient on gas but shaking on high way with wind. At 63000 KMthe engine thermostat got broken and the heater was not working either. The service manger in Red Deer was too rude and denied the warranty and told me it will cost me about $800 ($150 to dainose it, and the rest for labor and the part) I tried to explain that it's a part of the engine and even if I will pay the cost should be way less but neither the dealer nor Toyata Canada tried even to compromise.I hate Toyata Canada it's a trap they sell economy vehicles for high prices saying that it's reliable but it's trash. I'm trying to advise all my relatives not to deal with those thieves

I do not like to leave bad reviews about any business, but I wanted to warn people about Toyota and how they do business. I traded my van in for a feul efficient c-hr after the sales man swore it would be quieter and smoother. This is false. After driving the car for a couple months I went back to the dealer with the complaint of road harshness causing my 10 year old daughter to be sick. The salesman said he would meet me at Southpoint Toyota to help take care of everything. When I got there I was told he doesn't work there anymore. Moved to another dealership. Without telling me.Many visits trying solve the issue, many sales pitches to sell me a different vehicle. With a huge hit. Toyota Canada was even worse. It took 3 phone calls before notes were taken. Bottem line is Toyota Canada says give my kid medicine for every trip or trade in the c-hr and take a huge loss.Not the best situation for a single mama on disability. Thanx Toyota.

I am not happy with Toyota what so ever, Bought a 2019 4 Runner, and after 5 months of owning it, my radio starts acting up, keeps shutting down, Took it into Toyota and the issue is they have not up graded the IPhone to the system and don't have an upgrade for the iphone, so now I can't use Bluetooth period, I didn't spend this money on a new vehicle that I can't use the Bluetooth on, I feel this is also a safety issue since we would be forced to answer our phone, Toyota is now telling me they don't know when it will be done, Not happy period..
