Dr Ji and his staff are the best, from routine cleanings to root canals and even implants, they are caring, considerate, and Dr. Ji is always willing to explain everything that is happening and answer any questions. We trust them implicitly.

I've been going to this dental office for 10+ years. Dr. Ji is awesome, extremely personable and highly skilled. The front office staff are unbelievable, super friendly and always looking out for their clients.

this has been my family dentist office for YEARS pretty much my entire life. from the minute you enter, the ladies at the front are welcoming and kind.. the dentist there is very calm and gentle, it really feels like a stress free environment even while getting your teeth cleaned.

This place is terrific. Had nine teeth extracted yesterday and I have to say Dr.Ji was very professional. His receptionist Kelly was wonderful, and the assistant Dr. Ji had was awesome(wish I knew her name). I would recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible place they just try to squeeze & get as much money out of you as they can, terrible office wouldn’t recommend to anyone, the office girls are disgusting rude & just push stuff down you for no reason,, furthermore I used this place about 4x & each time was worse, I went in with a toothache & they couldn’t even prescribe me proper medication. Then after spending 1400$ on a root canal after a 389$ prep for the root canal(the dental office making sure to use all my benifits so they can maximize their profits) explained after the root canal was don’t that I then needed to spend another 800$ on a cap for the tooth,, the dentist did a terrible job on my molar & craked the tooth in half, when I sat down with another dentist he said he would’ve just pulled the tooth to begin with & would have saved me 2000+$… again don’t go to this place as they are just after a cash grab & to have you come back every couple months for another band aid solution to the actual problem.

I’ve never reviewed anything before, but I feel inclined to do so for Dr Ji. First things first, the office staff is great! I’ve had the fortune of meeting three of the ladies, and all of them are wonderful. I am usually pretty indifferent about customer service, but they were outstanding! This team is fantastic! I have lived in a number of areas in Lower Mainland and been to many dentists claiming to be the most professional, but this office is the real deal! Their staff treats me very well and the office is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I feel they are honest and upfront with their recommendations and don't try to shove recommendations down my throat. Thanks for all of the great service and keep up the good work. I have recommended Dr. Ji to many of my friends and family and will continue to do so since everyone else loves them as much as I do!

Been a patient here for about 10 years. Very professional staff with amazing memories, they always remember things about my personal life I’ve shared that I’ve even forgotten about.
