Shane saved our wedding! After getting scammed by our caterer I was on the hunt chaotically to find someone last minute. We were having all our guests come from out of town and so we wanted to feed them all well rather than an emergency pizza order. Literally two days before the wedding I spoke with Shane and he said he could do it and boy did he ever! Everyone thought the food was delicious (like the best we all ever had) and there was a wonderful inclusive assortment. Shane worked his butt off and deserves recognition. Highly highly recommend this company!

Liam catered for us at a backcountry lodge for 5 days. He did a great job providing wonderful meals in a small lodge kitchen - breakfasts, packed lunches, appetizers, dinners, desserts were all great. He was professional and courteous and very willing to accommodate our food preferences. His personal pumpkin curry soup recipe was especially unique and delicious. We would definitely recommend Liam for catering trips!

I 1000% recommend Shane for any of your catering. The food was absolutely delicious! He stepped in at the last minute to provide the dinner for our son and daughter-in-laws wedding, when the other caterer took the deposit and ran!

Catered a wedding on short notice when the scheduled caterer just didn't show up and ghosted. The food was phenomenal, everything was perfect, and with only a couple day's notice! Absolutely saved the day.

We hired Milo's to cater a business function and the food was superb! Everyone attending commented on how much they enjoyed it. Liam and his crew were wonderful. Warm, friendly and very accommodating. We would not hesitate to recommend them for any function and the next time we have a function in Kamloops we won't hesitate to book them.

Liam is just amazing!! He is such a talented chef, made even better by how kind and thoughtful he is. My family and I stayed at a back country lodge this past week and Liam was so helpful, navigating numerous dietary restrictions with ease. The food was one of the highlights of the trip and every evening we would all look forward to seeing what creative and delicious dish he was serving. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Liam cater any event- it would be such a treat!

Amazed and pleasantly surprised! Liam is very professional with attention to every detail.Delicious food!! The menu presented with special touches of local fruit, veggies and wines.Charcuterie and cheese board, appys, main course, and the deserts - even a gluten free Chocolate torte with ganache were amazing!!Highly recommend Milo’s Adventure Catering - great food and catering experience! ❤️

Fantastic! Liam did such a great job with catering our Christmas party. Communication, organization and execution was great, he was prompt and provided great service with his team. The menu selections and food quality was spot on, everyone raved about everything. The prime rib was cooked perfectly and so flavorful, the salmon was fantastic and everyone enjoyed the vegetarian option mushroom gnocchi. Great dessert selections, we just can't say enough about how fantastic the experience was. We have already booked for next year!
