La Senza

I went in yesterday to get sized, I couldn't help but feel like I was judged and fat shamed. The girl sized me, pointed me to a wall of bras and then disregarded me being there. It was such an awful experience I will never go back again.

Awesome experience! super friendly workers I definitely loved the blonde and brunette helped my confidence and found the perfect bra for my over sized body! definitely recommended to use this location

Worst online shopping experience I ever had!At the beginning it said free shipping on every order.And every time i press place order the website glitches (total was CAD 10.50)The only time the order went thru after 20+ trials, it charged me CAD 21.59 (including CAD 8.95 Shipping fees)After 2 mins, I tried to cancel it myself I couldn’t.I called customer service, they said they cant cancel and they cant reimburse me the shipping fees although I saw a lot of people on social media getting free shipping today !!!!Now, I will have to go to the mall which wasnt convenient for me from the beginning thats why i ordered online!!!I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM LA SENZA AGAIN and I will definitely warn everyone about such an inconvenient process.I truly regret this experience.—- after that I received the order like 2 weeks late and it says on the receipt that I cant get refunded for the shipping fees when I return the order, although the one who took the customer service call confirmed that If i return the whole order I will be getting fully refunded.Bad experience bad websiteLiterally NEVER shopping there again

There were 2 people working in the store and I was the only customer in at this point and ask for assistance as I was looking to buy new bras and underwear. The girls were not helpful. They seem irritated that I asked for assistance. I got snooty remarks and eye rolls. They were very busy talking about other employees instead of helping. Definatly will not be going back. If all the employees are going to act in such a manner, I won't be spending any of my money on La Senza products and I will be letting people know about the experience and to shop elsewhere instead of being treated like that.

I dont appreciate being forced to resignup for their rewards" program and being a push over I didn't say anything because I don't like confrontation. Also didn't appreciate how I had to dig around and find proper change because I only brought cash with me and the cashier refused to take my $50 bill even though my change would have been less than $20 as my total came to $33.30."

There were 4 customers in store, including myself, and 4 employees working. 1 was helping a customer at the register and the other 3 stood behind the counter, loudly talking down another employee. I waited to pay for my things but received zero acknowledgement. I left after standing at the counter for about 5 minutes and still no help. Very disappointed.

Had a great customer experience today with the manager Darlene. She was awesome to deal with. Gave me suggestions and helped me pick the right fit for a bra.

Sam is so helpful! Would recommend her for all your bra issues she will sort you out. From out of town and she helped me so much and was so kind. Thanks girls!!!

Had just been in there with a Good experience and went back a month later and was told only 2 shelf’s had my size which wasn’t the case when I looked around. And wasn’t allowed to try on the style bras I selected and they put them back on the shelf and had to try on different style in a ‘try-on version’. I find I need different sizes for different styles so I left with 1 basic bra and left the other 3 behind. Won’t be returning to the store. Brutal.

BEST SERVICE EVER , VERY WELL KEPT, friendly girls working ! fast and effective and helped me get everything I needed ! better than any of the other ones I've been too! plus its quieter so you aren't as crowded and get more help !10/10 would recommend
