Splashtown Niagara Water Park

My daughter and friends had a great day at Splashtown! The waterpark has great variety and challenging for all ages. Staff were professional, friendly and very well organized. Safety is a high priority, all safety measures are in place including efficient and helpful lifeguards! A fun filled day with great memories! Will definitely be back! Wishing this business great success!

We were visiting the incredible Nickel Beach and just chanced upon this awesome place! We were able to quickly and easily (and in a most organized way) book two 1 hour passes for our kids to go and play for an hour, and spent the hour with our two younger kids playing on the beach. I had the opportunity to meet the owner who helped the kids get fitted with life jackets and things. All of the staff were super helpful, friendly and welcoming which is so nice after two years of basically going nowhere. Always important to me, is that my son with a severe intellectual disability (who was not using the water park, but who was with me when I checked my other kids in) was treated just like another human being instead of like someone different. This means a lot to me, too. Really a gem of a place and I wish them all the success. We will be back.

Had an absolute blast last weekend with my family. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. If you are looking for a spot to bring the kids or even a group of friends to cool off and have a great time this is it. Highly recommend.

Cons: Purchased 1-hour splash pass from 10-11 but they weren't even set up until 10:25. Still got an hour of play but I am a stickler for a schedule. It looked a bit more rinky dink than I expected when we saw it. It is a very far swim for young kids to get to (and back from) the structure zone. You have to pay (a lot) separately for access to Nickel Beach/parking and that can only be done online. So do that in advance. The structure was covered in dead mosquitos(?). Not gonna hurt you, but kinda ick. And probably only an issue for the earliest time blocks. Nowhere to purchase food or drink so pack well. Strong poppy lake smell.But despite all the cons...PROS: Nice bathroom facilities. Lovely shallow swimming and sand with shells for young ones to play in. My family and I had such a great time on the structure. It was so much fun and a great workout. So it still gets 4 stars.

Took my daughter and 2 of her friends for her birthday. They had a blast!!! We got the all day pass, which I highly recommend. They opened and closed the place that's how much they loved it.Make sure you buy a beach pass from the city of Port colborne before you book tickets here. You can pull your car right up on the beach which is super awesome.Only downside is the swim is about 10mins to get out there. After a long day of back and forth the kids were toast. The life jackets were odd sizes my kiddo was in between sizes and hers was too big which made it difficult when swimming to and from there. Other than that no real complaints. It's a great time!!The staff are amazing and super friendly. My daughter had a.minor first aid issue and they fixed her up right on the water.Give this place some business as we can use spots within our region to hang out at. Thanks for a memorable birthday.

Great family fun and friendly, helpful staff. One tip - Wear water shoes, as it can get slippery, and the water shoes really help.
