I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff of Right at Home for the care and support provided to my aunt over the last twelve months when she was desperately in need of assistance. I appreciate and am deeply impressed by the owner, Bill, who is always responsive and accommodating in fulfilling my requests and feedback. He and his team of caregivers always strived to work at their best to care for my aunt with patience, compassion and respect despite the emotional challenges they occasionally had to confront. Your services in the community of aging population will surely be much needed, valued and appreciated.

I used Right at Home for most of 2022 to provide care aides for my husband who was 85 with severe dementia. I was impressed with their company from the first time I called. They returned my call the next day and we set up an appointment for their Client Services Director to come to our home to meet my husband and me. We then set up a schedule that worked for my husband and me.Right at Home's aides are kind and compassionate. They genuinely care about the client. I found Bill, the owner of this branch, to be sincere, empathetic, and fair. He values his employees as well as his clients. If an issue arose, he dealt with it quickly and efficiently.There were many times when something would come up and I would need a care aide for an unscheduled event/appointment. I would call Right at Home in the hope they might be able to find an appropriate aide without much notice. I was amazed that the vast majority of the time they came through!If you are looking for personal or companion care aides, I would recommend you start by calling Right at Home. You'll be impressed!

I have worked with Helen for many years and can speak to her qualities as a true gem. She is kind, caring, thorough and knowledgeable. Helen is the best case manager I have ever worked with.Clients have told me they feel secure in knowing Helen is there for them. She is very skilled and well-informed while working on their behalf. I couldn't agree more. I hired Right at Home Vancouver for my business during COVID19 to have them complete a health check and temperature scan for my employees each morning prior to commencing work.The personalized care and attention they provided was fantastic, Isabel was our care worker. She was so kind and polite, caring for our team, took the time to get to know the staff and always made light of a dark situation.On the admin side, Bill was a joy to deal with. Very consistent and reliable communication, the invoicing was always clear and concise and never had any questions. Helen and the Right at Home care team provided excellent care for my Aunt on two separate occasions. In both cases, Helen was able to assist on short notice which was great appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending Right Home care to anyone needing support with elderly care in Vancouver.

Bill and his team did an excellent job of providing the care my dad needed from the time my dad moved in with our family until he no longer needed in-home care. I work out of the home three days per week, and we had a Right at Home caregiver on those three days (two caregivers for three days, because it worked out well for us that way). After some initial hiccups finding the right fit of caregiver, we enjoyed over a year of uninterrupted, reliable, caring service. I found Bill responsive to whatever needs or feedback I had; for example, he went out of his way to accommodate extra days or evenings when my work schedule required them. The care aides we settled with (one for about 14 months, the other about 7 months) were both lovely women whom my dad and I trusted 100 percent to care well for Dad and to reliably do the light housekeeping tasks I requested. All in all I would highly recommend Right at Home, particularly Bill and his team.

I was pretty stressed out trying to find 24/7 care for my father. The minute I contacted Right at Home and started speaking to Helen.my mind was put at ease. I felt so comfortable talking to her that I started to relax. She put together a team of dedicated caregivers and my Father received excellent around the clock service. They made our life's so much easier and we really appreciate it. I dare say that we found a friend in everyone of the caregivers and it really felt like they were part of the family. I called Right At Home Vancouver when my family was in a crisis situation with my Mother’s advanced cancer. Mary made things happen within an hour. My Mother had an evening care aid arranged ASAP and my family felt a sense of security. My family would not hesitate to recommend Right at Home to anyone in need in a crisis situation.
