Anchor Marine

I had an insurance claim on my boat after hitting a rock and took the boat to Anchor to have my outboard repaired. Jaret got the estimate done and sent it to my insurance company. The parts were ordered and the boat is now repaired and ready for the lake again. Once the parts arrived I dropped it off at 9am and done by 1pm. Overall a great experience with Jaret. I was always called regarding the claim and setting up the appointment for the repair. It's great to see some old fashioned great customer service. Two thumbs up. Anchor Marine is a great company do get your boat repaired.

Very pleased with Anchor Marine. Very cordial and respectful every time we interacted. The work done was done well and I’m thankful for his suggestions on what should be done and which parts to go with. I went from being anxious as whether or not my boat would get me back home at the end of the day to having complete peace of mind after the first time I took it out post service. Prices are reasonable considering boats are relatively expensive toys. Will be recommending to friends.

Quality and fast repairs for a reasonable price. Repaired the skeg on my outboard motor in 2 days with nothing to complain about.

This guy solved a problem that was causing my motor to quit when I needed it most. The cost was a fraction of what another shop charged for not fixing it. And he is a nice guy.

I had our 20 HP Mercedes rebuilt here and has been super strong to date.I wouldn't go anywhere else for a rebuild.

Very poor service. Sold me some parts I didn't need and installed a used control and took away my good one and charged me $350 for the trade. Completely misled me at every turn. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Anchor Marine had my boat for 5+ weeks last year and despite a number of update promises only called once, when the invoice was ready. When I requested a copy of the computer diagnosis ($143.75) that was to accompany the invoice, I was told a copy would be sent to my email address at days end. After 2 unanswered email inquiries about the report over the next several days I finally called and was told the report had been “lost”. After a heated discussion I was told he would be able to redo the test at my home using an iPad “one evening on his way home”. That was 11 months ago and he still hasn’t come. I regret having taken my boat to this shop and wish I had noted all the negative reviews.

Assist you on what you need if you looking for parts. Staff is helpful for finding what you need. But is still a bit pricey. Price matching will save you a lot if you are on a tight budget.
