Couldn't ask for a better experience when working with Dominion Doors and Windows. Bill was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Alex and his installation team did an amazing job. The attention to detail, punctuality and workmanship were second to none. Hire with confidence.

We were initially happy with the new windows and doors that we had done by Bill and his guys at Dominion. Service was friendly, and we are happy with the look.However, in the process, the bricks above our basement windows were damaged. We've contacted Bill numerous times, and promises have been made by Bill, however a year after the work had been completed, our bricks are still damaged and have not been replaced/ repaired. We clearly didn't set out to have our windows done, only to create more work and another expensive project for ourselves.I will update this review if repairs are made.

We just recently had all our windows, front & back doors replaced by Dominion. Bill was very invested in the whole process. Harold, Alex & his crew of installers were excellent. Job completed in 2 days with minimal mess (which is what u want).Well done Dominion …..have had tons of compliments & love looking out of my beautiful back doors.It’s amazing how much difference this all made for less outside noise.Highly recommend this company.

If you are looking for new windows, Dominion Doors and Windows is the place to go get them!! Bill and Harold were fantastic in helping us every step of the way! They walk you through the whole process and give you all options before making your selections. They were ready ahead of schedule which is always great. We were in a bind as we were in the middle of Reno’s and we had ordered a window from a different company and the date kept getting pushed (4months exact) We were referred to Bill from Dominion Windows & Doors and within two weeks he had a window ready for us. The quality of the windows great. Bill was super nice and very sympathetic to our situation and told us he would take care of it and us and he did! Highly recommend using him!

Great experience from beginning to end. Company owner Bill walked us through quality, styles, colour, energy options for the windows, door styles/colour to compliment the windows for our house giving us a new modern look to a 22 year old house. Bill kept us informed on the status of our order which was completed sooner than we expected, booked the installation dates that worked around our schedules. The installers did a great job and cleaned up the window and door areas inside and out as best they could with drop sheets and shopvac considering it was brick to brick replacement for all my doors and windows. Keep in mind brick to brick is major work and yes I was expecting some dust and they cleaned up as best anyone could so no complaints from me or my wife. Replacement interior trim work was nice, installers cuts were clean/lined up, and they patched them up for me to lightly sand and paint. Joe V.

Bill and team did an amazing job with my windows, sliding door and basement door. I literally have the best windows on the street! The flashing that was installed around the windows is also just beautiful and it exceeded my expectations. Bill has an excellent sense of design and his feedback was really useful for me in the decision-making process in terms of colours and style (including the grills for the front windows). He was very patient at all stages and I could tell that he has a passion for the quality of his product. I am also very grateful for Bill's integrity as a business-owner and just personally - there was a mix-up with the configuration of the sliding doors and he personally made sure that it was fixed through the manufacturer, no questions asked. I am so glad I met Bill, and I will be using him again when it comes time to do the other rear windows in my house. I will also be recommending Dominion Doors & Windows to my family, friends and neighbours!

Bill Pappas and his team were helpful and design-minded from the beginning of the process to the end. The windows and doors they offered are streamlined by today's standards and were also a great economic choice. The house is brighter and energy efficient too. Thanks Bill.

We had double doors from our builder which were nothing special at all. We ordered a single door from Dominion Doors and Windows. WOW! Changed the entire look of our outside! Not to mention the incredible service we received from them. The door is tall, bold and comes with THREE deadbolt locks. We have received so many compliments on our new purchase. I would strongly recommend reaching out to Bill from Dominion if you’re looking for a new door(s) Bill ensured that the measurements were taken correctly and kept us in the loop when it came to timelines. Can’t thank him enough for making our home, outside, look that much better !

The process went very smoothly. Bill was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us choose the types and styles of windows that would best suit each room of the house. His expertise was much appreciated. The windows were ready for installation by the date he had promised us. Alex and his team did a wonderful job installing our windows and completely transforming the look of our house. We had changed our mind about a fixed window and they were very accommodating and let us change it. Harold had a new window ready for us in two days. The customer service was amazing, as was the quality of the windows!
