I rather go to this place than others because the owner and the naturopath are very approachable and easy to talk to. The main reason I go there is for the breadth of knowledge and their caring attitude and their customer service. Everytime I go there, I get more help for treating my symptoms than I do from any doctor I've visited. Also, the breadth of their knowledge is excellent. I also like that they have certain brand products that I could not find nowhere else!To the previous poster, the management has changed in the last 2-3 years and the store has improved since I started going there years ago...Also, I can understand that you might have waited but to me that's a sign the owner cares about customers and just wants to give as much help as possible. I rather go this store and spend my money and be treated as a valuable customer rather than a store that doesn't take the time to listen to my issues or is dismissive. This staff is extremely polite and courteous and the owner is an absolute gentleman who's extremely knowledgeable.The only downside for me as a man is that they have a big selection of products for women (cosmetics and such). I wish there was more bodybuilding stuff but that's to be expected they are not a Popeyes and are more an organic natural health store than anything.

Absolutely fantastic store and staff service! They offer a wide variety of quality products for everyone's needs and listen carefully to the customers. A jewel of a store in this neighbourhood, definitely going to come back!

AMAZING CLEAN STORE!! Super friendly service I felt so free and excepted in his store without wearing my mask. I have a medical condition and I was so pleased to find a store I could shop in. Amazing product! I shop there almost every day!!

Le Serpolet is a fantastic health food store with lots of great products.The owner and staff are very nice, knowledgeable and polite.It's awesome to know that they respects the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.They are Pro Canadian Charter, and don't discriminate agaisnt Canadians that have the freedom of choice, medical exemptions and disabilities.They are not Anti Mask but in fact Pro Canadian Charter, Pro Science and Pro Health Choice.

Expensive and unfriendly in return!By the way I see the owner replied me respectfully.I totaly understand its a hard time for small businesses and for most of clients who have limited revenue too.So I change my rate to 3 star ,and I prefer to have a dialogue in the store.Thank you

I am relieved to have found out about this store, with an owner who is open minded, rational, and does not live in fear and respects others. There is still hope in this world, with stores like these, in a world where profit and centralized interests on a grand scale overpower our humanness, our humanity, Where the inhuman ways of mass and industralized production are everywhere, and their dehumanizing effect is invisible to most. And where there is less and less the small business owners who function at a human scale at supporting the smaller scale, which is where quality and health lie. The accross the board answer, of one solution fits all, is so questionable, yet people dont question ...Merci, thank you for your existence Le Serpolet, may other stores like yours proliferate.

Amazing store with high quality health products! The prices are great for the quality of the products and the staff us really knowledgable and friendly. Love that the store owner is aware of our human rights and makes accommodations for those unable to wear masks. Makes shopping a really enjoyable, stress-free experience...thank you!!

I'd give one star, but I've never shopped here. Giving it 5 stars for having 5 stars pre-mask-sign debacle. Docking 2 stars for spreading false information about face masks, and another star for the way the owner replies to bad reviews.To the Owner: You say you have a medical exemption for wearing the mask. If this is true, this puts you at a higher mortality risk if you were to contract the virus. For this reason, perhaps you should respect the law by at the very least not spreading false information. You don't have to wear one yourself, but at least protect yourself and others. If you are going to tell me there is no data to support to effectiveness of masks, then you are beyond mistaken. If your argument is that they are not entirely effective, well, what prognosis would you prefer from a doctor? 0% chance or 75% chance? No one is saying masks are 100% effective, but that's all we have right now. Either that, or businesses shut down. As for this 0.04% fatality rate you are spreading, please know that you are reading troll-farm material, whose purpose is to divert attention and cause economic and political instability, just like the 2016 US elections. Think of all the people who voted for Trump. They were also fed troll-farm produce.If you have a medical exemption, then perhaps you have some confidence in the field of science and medicine. Please stop posting false information. If you are against science, please know that if you are reading this, it is because of science. All the bogus stuff you read about masks are also brought to you by science, unfortunately. If you want to spread anti-science misinformation, please don't use the products of science and hire a town crier or train some pigeons to deliver your message.I wish you well. Please take your own health seriously and ensure others are masked around you. You can wear something that says you have a medical exemption if you feel self-conscious for not wearing a mask yourself.
