Jill did our home inspection for the house we are now living in, and she did an amazing job! Jill was very responsive to phone calls and emails, was very flexible with her schedule, and showed up to the inspection on time. Jill was very highly recommended to us by multiple people and so we didn’t want to miss out on that opportunity. She is very knowledgeable and thorough as well. Jill explained everything to us in detail, and answered all of our questions that we had (and even answered questions that we had a couple days after the inspection was over). Highly recommend!! Jill was super knowledgeable and answered all our questions throughout the inspection. The final report was very detailed and easy to follow. It was convenient to be able to create a list of defects/items to repair directly through her website. Overall, a great experience.

Jill has inspected two homes for us. She is professional and knowledgeable. Her inspections were thorough and she was open and clearly explained what she found. I really felt that she helped me to know what areas needed attention first and in some cases she gave me personal advice as to what route to take to get them repaired.

Very happy with Jill's home inspection service. Jill provided very prompt availability to help speed along our our home purchase process. I was present for the inspection and witnessed Jill give our soon-to-be home a very thorough inspection, including discovering some similar defects in different locations than the home owners listed on their owner's condition report. Jill answered some questions I had about building codes and generally gave very clear and concise explanations and advice about defects and maintenance items and how to remedy them. Jill seemed very knowledgeable and was very professional. Jill gave a nearly-full verbal summary at the end of the inspection, which was very helpful to help me process everything before receiving the report and ask follow-up questions immediately after seeing the property in detail. We even received the full report later that day, as promised at the end of the inspection. I strongly recommend Jill for your home inspection.

Jill was incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough. She was also attentive to my questions and helpful about what aspects from the inspection were most dire and which were necessary but could wait. She is very no nonsense about her approach and honest about what aspects could be tackled on my own and which would require a professional. Her follow up report was timely and based on the setup, incredibly easy to translate into a repair request list.
