We moved from Calgary Alberta to St. Johns Newfoundland. Keith was excellent getting me a quote and answering any questions. The quote was very compeditive and there were no added costs after our furnature was deilvered. The moving people that came to load our furnature and boxes and the other crew that came to unload our furnature were excellent. All our furniture and boxes arrived with no damaged . Kathy the move co ordinator keep us up to date on arrival. i would recommend Alero to anyone for moving needs.Dave

The most dishonest, unethical company I have ever dealt with. They make promises and then string you a long until you just have to give up.I would never hire this company, it’s drivers or any of their affiliate companies again.

Quote was $400 off. They came to move us, started loading the truck and then said the highway was closed (it wasn't) and they couldn't finish our out of town move. They loaded up all our stuff and took it back to the office, which we got charged for. They showed up the next day to finish the move, and while the 2 dudes that moved us were absolutely amazing, Rick's quote was $400 off. He had put down several other companies, saying they quoted one thing and then raised the price, yet he did exactly that. DO NOT TRUST HIS QUOTE. And don't expect him to answer you once he's got your cash, either. I tried 4 times to call him and never reached him. Shady AF. Don't waste your money.

We moved from Calgary to Montreal. From the very first call with Keith regarding quotes to the coordination provided by Keith and Kathy throughout and to the final moving both on the Calgary and Montreal side, everything went smoothly and I felt very at ease. Everything arrived safe and nothing was broken. The price is more than reasonable. I will definitely use Alero again and will recommend to friends. Thank you for the great service!

I had a government paid relocation (military). So this was a FREE service provided to me by work. They were so bad I would have rather paid my own money to ship my stuff myself in hindsight. That's right I would rather pay to ship it myself than have Alero move it for free. It was that bad. Jason (one of the managers) was rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. I rarely leave one star reviews. I always try to be fair and give 2-3 stars reviews if I felt it was bad service. Please don't mistake me for someone who over exaggerates. Terrible Terrible service.

I was sceptical about choosing a moving company to do our move into the far North, but Alero Moving & Storage made it so worth our while and executed a moving process from packing to shipping and unloading that I never thought could be done so smoothly. It only took a few days for them to quote, pack, move, and unpack. My family and I are very grateful for the professional service we received and will use them again when we need to. Thank you to the packing team, Jason, Kathy, and the hardy moving crew!

I used Two Amigos once they lowballed the quote to move me and I followed the truck which took a long route to get to my new home the bill was hundreds of dollars higher than they quoted me. I told the sales loser I wasn’t gonna pay unless we agree to the original price which the salesman did but next month he tried to put my Visa card through again. Visa reversed it so watch out. Salesman over there are sleaze bags. Go somewhere else and have nothing to do with these losers.

Researching moving companies is a nightmare, but after narrowing down my search to a few companies I dealt with Keith and he was great. We did a video call to show the items being moved and get a quote on estimated weight. The movers showed up right on time and moved my house from Calgary to Charlottetown. I wish it was cheaper to be honest but a 5000 km move with diesel at super high prices I can understand why it was the price it was. Final bill was within a few hundred dollars of the quote, and surprisingly there wasn't a single thing broken. Would use again/recommend.

The quote was super accurate with Kevin. He also replied promptly to all emails and coordinated the logistics. On moving day, the two guys were professional, very polite and very respectful of our stuff. Def would use again. Also affordable.

Fantastic Customer service, the team moved me from the 3rd level apartment to another 3rd level apartment with no elevator ! They did it quick with out damage and they had very good use of their time. I would highly recommend.I had also purchased product online, and the same company delivered, unpacked and assembled my stuff, they were very informative.
