I had no idea Dairy Queen doesn't accept cash! How bizarre! No cash? Absurd! I don't want to put an $8 blizzard on my credit card or bank card. If I had known before waiting in line I would have left (without my blizzard) much sooner. NO CASH?!! Blows my mind!

absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had also my blizzard was absolutely runny and not thick like it's supposed to be. They also refuse to accept cash so yeah you've lost a customer forever.

I had not gone to a DQ I guess since covid ..and I go to pay with cash and they refuse cash.. only takes debit or credit ..to the owners ...i won't be going back ...i get it ...this way all your staff do not have to make change this way there are not errors at the end of the day in overages and shortages .. Im old school and I like to spend cash for a treat ...

A little disappointed that they only have one lactose/ dairy-free option. I know it's called dairy Queen.... But, come on even dairy delight has more than one option... Increasingly overpriced and a lack of staff (lineups to the road, one employee serving ice cream and three doing who knows what), since the management change this location has gone downhill.

Terrible experience. $15 for a mini and small blizzard, and the girl with red hair couldn’t even make it right and gave major attitude when I asked if she could re make it with what we had ordered. Rolled her eyes and slammed the window on me. And I wasn’t the first one to come back with a wrong blizzard, she did the same thing to the lady in front of me as well. AND, all of the “debit and card” only signs… No longer going to support this business who wants so support a cashless society. All covid freak signs on the window too… Owner is just turning away business and has poor quality staff. Wish there was a 0 stars option.

Took the kids for ice-cream on Saturday May 6 2023. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, placed our order, placed a $ 20.00 bill on the counter, employee PROCEEDS to complete our order, THEN informs me that they don't accept cash. I didn't have any cards with me thinking that LEGAL TENDER is universally accepted, too bad for you Dairy queen, thanks for the free ice-cream. IDIOTS! Employee shows me their posted sign after the fact. I suppose incompetence is a new trend. We'll be going to DAIRY DELITE from now on, or just show up with cash and indulge in more free treats.

By far the slowest DQ I have ever been to. Super long line up on a weekend with only one window open. Employees work at a snails pace. I suggest you avoid this place.

This place is always hopping! The staff here are the true stars. They’re always running around making treats for the line-up in the parking lot.Parking lot is convenient and extremely accessible to the ‘walk-up’ window. There are loads of picnic tables adjacent to the shop and parking lot for people to enjoy their ice cream and the weather.(Menu rotates seasonally for Blizzards)

Came here for a treat on the way to the casino. It was a relatively long line that moved slowly. Treats were good though.

Will not accept cash! But they do have a tip jar out if you would like to leave cash for tips. For better service(and ice cream) and a place that accepts cash, head south over the bridge and go a few blocks. There's a nice little place in the Home Hardware/CIBC plaza
