PK provided a very thorough and detailed home inspection. The report contained lots of pictures and everything was broken down in a way that made it very easy to read through and understand. Being given so much information really helps with the process of buying a home and knowing exactly what you are purchasing.

We were very impressed with the thorough and extremely professional report that was completed by Prokopios (PK) within a short time frame. We also really appreciated the walk through and exterior review of the home showcasing his inspection results at end of his inspection. This document also allowed us to provide the insurance company with the specific information they needed to complete an insurance quote and confirming the house was insurable. PK was incredibly thorough with the home inspection and went above and beyond. I arrived to find him flying his drone to inspect the roof, which was the first sign he was good. PK took the time after the inspection to walk me though the house and explain the systems and his findings The report I received prioritized the issues and the photos will be super helpful. This home inspection, the detailed report, and his walk-through made my decision to purchase the property easy. I highly recommend PK and Daylight Home Inspections.
