I put a car in with transmission issue. I was informed that the transmission was completely broke and needed a new one . Nothing they could do with the one in it . I decided to bring it to bring it home and checked transmission oil it worked fine .car moved and transmission worked .it was low on fluid .not trustworthy

Got a new set of tires delivered to DSA for an install and balancing. I received excellent service and they went above and beyond to facilitate the install around the shipper's delivery date. Raman runs a great business and truly makes you feel seen and valued as a customer. I will be back and I'm referring my friends! 10/10

INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! The customer SERVICE is the BEST I’ve ever had anywhere!! No joke!! I never leave reviews but they have gone so ABOVE and BEYOND I just had too!! We were headed up to Tofino for camping and our service-engine-soon light came on. We called Canadian Tire since we were close and they wouldn't even give us 5 mins to do a diagnostic. We called Duncan St Auto and though they were fully booked they told us to come down, no hesitation. Right away they were waiting for us and did a diagnostic and a few other checks. The problem was minor. They were super friendly and professional. They explained what the issue was and directed us in to what we should do to fix it. Wonderful people!! Highly recommend them! Thank you!
