Interesting selection of art and clothing in the styles of various peoples of Canada's West coast. Ranging from super expensive wooden carvings to moderately expensive, but worth stopping just to have a look. Liked the selection of books retelling various legends and stories of Canada's early inhabitants. Lots of good, smaller souvenir options too.

Neat, unique store filled with original native goods including handmade moccasins, scarves, beautiful artwork etc. Can find many little nick nacks too as gifts or souvenirs. Worth taking a little walk through the store. Never know what you may find

I had a not so great experience at this shop. I love the silver jewelry pieces and came in looking for a indigenous carving. The front desk staff has NO knowledge of what the carvings depicted nor any materials to reference to determine what the carvings were. There was no information about the artist. Even on the website it just states well known West coast artists". There were a few tags to help identify some but the man behind the counter was NOT interested nor did he even attempt to help me figure out what the carvings were. I gave up and left.I'm skeptical that the artists are even getting the money? And they certainly are not getting recognition."

Great place time buy First Nation items for yourself and the family. They have everything from trinkets to beautiful hand-carved boxes. There are also warm sweaters made by artisans in the different First Nation tribes. We picked up several boxes for family in the States. Would definitely return!

Absolutely horrible customer service experience. Very rude staff. If I could I would rate them 0. There are plenty wonderful shops around in Victoria downtown core. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Take your gifts purchasing to more deserving and pleasant retailers.

Friendly staff were super helpful. The souvenirs, clothing & art etc are well worth a visit.Really showcases British Columbia's indigenous and West Coast culture.Right in the heart of Victoria's historic downtown.

Great place to buy First Nation items from native art, trinkets, beautiful hand-carved boxes, t-shirts, bags, jewelry, etc. There are also warm sweaters made by artisans in the different First Nation tribes. We purchased some coasters and lapel pins. If you are in Victoria,B.C. please support local art and indigenous artists. Their prices are fair too.

Poor customer service. When we travel we make sure that we support indigenous businesses and artists. The people here saw we were indigenous and made a face at us like disgust. We were treated poorly and we are offended by the way they regarded us. Disgusting behavior.

I've always tried to support local business first, but its experiences like the one I had with this company that deter me from this. I paid $100 for what I thought were a beautiful pair of quality leather slippers for my husband for Christmas (2.5 months ago). He wore them 4 times and the sole detached from the bottom of the slipper. Having only worn them 4 times the slippers are in immaculate condition (other than the detached sole). I kindly suggested the store stand behind their product and exchange them for another pair. The store clerk pointed to the little piece of paper on the desk that read '30-day refund' and told me that it was the wearer's error" and that my husband must have tripped to cause this detachment. I guess we were under the impression that the slippers were in fact meant to be worn....oops! I love FN art but will never support this company again (or its affiliate down the road). A little customer service goes a long way
