I had bought a rather expensive pair of slippers for my husband and wore them a few times until it ripped along the seam. I sent in photos to the store and they told me it didn’t rip on the seam and it must have been my husband who was overly forceful in putting them on. I again showed them photos of the ripped seam and the store again told me it wasn’t ripped along the seam and will not fix them under warranty. Very disappointing and poor customer service for such an expensive pair of shoes. Would not recommend purchasing here.

Couple weeks ago went down to get a seal skin jacket and found the one I liked so I went back to put on lay a way so I asked the manager if they do that she said yes I said ok ill get the jacket they she asked me what I want to pay for the zipper as in like not much to put down on the jacket if I didn't like the jacket like I did I would of left the store so today I called the manager and told her was wrong to say that I could of bought the jacket but in no rush for it poor management....

Got a top quality adjustable sealskin bracelet here for my fiancee! He has extremely large hands so the adjustable beaded leather works perfectly! Will be back again for something for me if I'm in st John's again!
