Coleton was very communicative with us the day of and was incredibly helpful with all our questions. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was answered and squared away. Coleton was very knowledgable and did a great job in removing our water softer and stopping a leak in our laundry room. Highly recommend.

Coleton came out to take a look at our water pump on a Sunday as an emergency call. He fixed it fast, was professional and explained everything. Prices are reasonable and it was fantastic dealing with him.

I was charged $910 to repair an issue with my furnace but I had to call an electrician the next day to repair the same issue since I didn't hear from the professionals" as to why the issue recurred. Thankfully the electrician only charged me $100 to fix the issue. What a waste of $910.00.And don't fall for the glowing reviews

I was recommended flawless flows mechanical LTD, when the pump for my cistern blew. I am a new home owner and didn't know much about cisterns. Coleton came out to take a look and assess the problem. He was extremely professional, fast, efficient, answered all of my questions and explained them in terms I would understand. I highly recommend them and will be calling them again for any future issues.

Had my dishwasher feed line valve burst and nearly flooded my kitchen. Coleton called me back quickly and I told him what the issue was. He came the next morning and fixed my valve as well as replaced another old one. Super fast, he was in and out in half an hour. Very professional, personable and I'd definitely recommend him. It was nice that he was local as well. He also took the time late at night before he came to answer some questions I have via text.

I had an emergency sump pump failure last night. They came very fast and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend this company. Another company tried to charge me 450.00 for a 300.00 part because it was after 5pm, NOT FLAWLESS. They didn’t price gauge me. Thank you for your excellent service

January 31, 2023, We live about an hour outside the city, and are new to the area, Sadly only 5 months in our new home our hot water heater starting acting up. Based on the excellent reviews Flawless Flows Mechanical Ltd. has, we hired them to come out and install a new water heater. Not only did Coleton and his crew do a remarkable job on the water heater installation, he noticed something that was not to code, a venting issue that the prior owners had done which was causing C02 emission's to enter our laundry room, and dangerous amounts. He was so concerned about our safety, rather than scheduling us for another day, he re-structured his schedule, went back into town to retrieve the required parts and drove back to fix the issue. That's what is called exemplary service. Trust us Flawless Flows Mechanical Ltd. and Coleton, deserve every 5 star review given. I highly recommend this company. Again thank you Coleton!

Coleton was great to deal with, professional, genuine, and knowledgeable. I got a run around with a wholesaler for warranty replacement and Coleton spent time to address the issues and stuck through it until it was sorted out. Will definitely be using Coleton for any future plumbing needs!
