I have always been helped by Nadia and staff. They have quality products and great knowledge. I have been able to travel the world in comfort due to the brace I purchased.....and, best of all, avoid surgery. My quality of life is much improved due to their expertise and wonderful products which last forever.. I would always go to them for help[.

We didn't realize she has a 2.9 rating. The owner is rude and actually said, we don't need customers like you." She has no customer service skills and is just plain rude. My mother fractured her ankle and was referred to her establishment for a brace and she was treated so rudely. Never going again and wouldn't recommend her establishment to anyone. I wonder if her name is Karen

Went there for a fracture wrist brace, these are an amazing alternative to a cast! Definitely worth the money :)

Not a recent experience but I am still steaming. Perhaps 2-3 yrs ago. Worst orthotics in 25 yrs. And theres been at least a dozen. Too wide for Any shoe. The offer to adjust was made but saying that would negate the benefit. Ridicous!Didnt bother. Never used them and gave up on orthotics, forever. Would never go back.

I went here to get pre-fit for a DonJoy knee brace before ACL replacement surgery. After fitting, I followed Chantelle's advice and went online to watch the videos explaining the brace, how it works and how to put it on. This was a huge help. Post surgery, once the swelling went down, I had to watch the video again to make sure I was putting it on correctly. This brace has been a game changer. It gave me confidence on my feet as soon as I put it on. Thank you to the whole staff for a great fit and giving me the tools to pursue a speedy and full recovery.

Terrible experience. Wish I read the reviews first! I bought two braces, tried one on in store. Seemed ok? But at home, it feels painful after wearing for a full day. What more is the second brace is not the same size. No exchange or returns. Very small store, and they don’t know how to wear masks properly. I did not feel comfortable at all. Regret not asking for my prescription to take elsewhere! Concur with other reviewer regarding finding it interesting that fracture clinic sends patients here. This store take advantage of sick people.
