Definitely worth 0 stars. I went to the pharmacy here and the man was so rude and seemed like he hated his job. Right from the get go he was giving me attitude and was just unpleasant. I ended up going to a other location half way through him inputting my information because he was just so unpleasant.

The cashier lady Denese has no sense of how to talk to customers. When asked for explanation she just ignored and didn’t reply.She simply said talk to owner and when asked if owner was present she was as if I am talking to some wall. Total ridiculous approach towards customer

Actually, I'm Anna's husband - Andrew. The pharmacy service is terrible. Confusion abounds. I checked my medication history on their website where I got a confirmation that I have an outstanding number of pills to collect. However, when I came to collect, they told me that it is not so and would I show them an email or screenshot to prove my point. On another occasion I complained that nobody picks up the phone and was told they were too busy to do so (no 'sorry for the inconvenience'!). In all cases, the behaviour of the staff is, at best, officious or even unpleasant. On the rare occasions when they say 'sorry', they manage to look anything but. I raised this issue with a/the manager several weeks ago, but nothing seems to have changed.

The pharmacy clerk is perpetually confused. Zero urgency to clear or provide prescriptions, endless lineups.Take the ten minute drive and go literally anywhere else.

I have recently had surgery can’t get through to the pharmacy can’t get through to customer service been on the phone for almost 2 hours keeps me in the key but doesn’t go anywhere. I’ve had problems getting meds renewed for my mom to get her prescriptions just can’t get through and talk to anybody human. I literally have to walk in to place my prescriptions on the counter for them to review because they don’t look at their emails There is nobody working there don’t bother and they’re really bad with their service. I have sent them emails faxes. Nothing don’t waste your time. And when they say they sent a request for a renewal 4 times and you Dr didn’t get them its time for a new pharmacy

Went there for my covid test. Person name Nicole" at phamacy counter gave wrong direction everyone in line had to moving around over 25min. Phamasist posted sign after all our complaint. Still "Nicole" didnt even say "sorry" instead if sorry she told me i asked her for vaccine..... well everyone in line heard that i ask for "test". Nicole you should learn how to appologize if you make mistake and wated others time."

I lived in the area for 30 years. Was always happy with this store. Since Covid-19 struck this store has become terrible. Service is bad, stock on shelves is bad and the pharmacy is atrocious. I switched all my prescription service over to Sherway SDM. Every time I go to Applewood store they have no stock of what i need.

This is the worst Shoppers location there is. In the past Shoppers would pride themselves on their merchandising standards, and tagging. This store is a complete mess. Whole rows of items incorrectly tagged with sale prices. The manager on duty told me what do you expect? How can one person keep the merchandising up to date? I was shocked.

Terrible pharmacy service, I don’t understand how you can drop off a RX they scan it into the system then they’ll you 30-45 minutes you go back and it’s not logged?? Then you have to wait another hour for them to fill it. Unacceptable honestly. No customers waiting or lined up at drop off or pick up counter at 4 pm on a Friday. Really inexcusable.

This is an absolutely terrible pharmacy. They tell you prescription will be ready by end of day and when you go there, they don’t have it and it takes a few more days. People could die and suffer because of just sheer administrative incompetence by this pharmacy.
