This place is the WORST! They call me 10x a day to schedule something and I’ve told them everytime they have the wrong number! Each person I speak with promised they’ve removed my number. Useless and annoying.. go anywhere else everyone who works here seems a little slow.

Believe what other customers have written. All of us are long standing customers who were with independent telecom companies prior to this merger - mine was fantastic, excellent response times, tech support , never a call quality issue.GoCo is an absolute Joke since they merged all these companies together - help desk is beyond awful, no responses or responses days later. No idea what they are talking about, not informedAbout their customers infrastructure, call quality is very inconsistent- garbage call clarity for over a year.Avoid at all costs.Reply to GoCo Response:Dont bother - customer care is non existent, so is your “management escalation team” - many emails about urgent issues not addressed, and absolutely no response.

Technical support is non-existent. Having trouble and can't get anyone sent out. Been asked questions like which calls and which phones. When they have been told all phones and calls have been effected. I do not understand why rhis is so difficult. A technician could come here and answer all questions that they would have. That is what they are paid to do. And it is a billable . Do you not like to make money?

I’m a Parkland dealer, had an issue once and this company LIED to us saying device has been delivered, tech has been sent out, etc.Truth was they never did and after wasted us 3 business days, finally came but turned out it’s their wrong diagnosis and cost me thousands of dollars loss and customers turned away. Very unprofessional, please try everything to avoid this company.

Bar none, among the worst companies, if not the worst company I have ever dealt with. Nothing but gross incompetence and dealing with them feels like dealing with people who have no idea what they’re doing. And it’s been like this for years. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

The absolute worst when it comes to customer service. Phones in all 5 of our stores have been down for over 24 hours now and they still don’t have a timeframe for when service will be back. When you try to call customer service, it’s nearly impossible to get a hold of someone. And when someone does eventually answer, all they can offer are apologies. Because of the outage, we asked that calls from our stores be forwarded to other numbers (as they had suggested). We requested they do this over 3 hours ago, and the request still hasn’t been processed. Ever since Ubity was acquired by Goco/Telus, their customer service has been horrible. Avoid at all costs!

Long time customers of Broadconnect (acquired by GoCo/Telus). Ever since, the absolute worst service" possible. I think that anyone in their call centres must be located in "far off lands" because always difficult to understand and times are out of sync for local calls. Rather than go on for days

Do not use this company. There is zero technical support. They drop service and don't honour service gaurantees. Their techs don't show up at the appointed time for service calls. Run, don't walk away from this.
