If your car is under warranty and you’re looking to get it fixed, DO NOT go to this location.I had a warranty issue with my Range Rover Velar happen earlier this year. I had an awful time dealing with Leia. They gladly took my Range Rover velar in to get “fixed” while under warranty. They told us to our face and in text that our car needed a new engine. So I said, well since it’s under warranty let’s do that!Our car was in the shop for weeks. Only for them to come back and say actually, upon tear down you only need to change this one little part (a cheap part of course)We kept going back to the dealership 2-3 times after that. Always with an engine issue… the issue was “gone” for two months. 6 days after our warranty was up, our car’s engine was gone. Black smoke coming out from the exhaust, violently shaking, we could barely start it, it as bad! We quickly called Leia and her response was our car isn’t under warranty so we have to pay. I was in shock by her response.Not only were we in the dealership multiple times those few months to fix the issue (which obviously didn’t get fixed). We were told we needed a new engine! Leia and her manager were both no help, a poor excuse for customer service reps. They were both pathetic.So thankfully I reached out to another dealership, Land Rover Lakeridge and they were amazing. They helped us for months (as the engine was on back order) and even gave us a rental. They kept trying to help us get the engine covered. As we rightfully we’re supposed to get it replaced while under warranty. Thankfully, at the last minute one of the top executive assistants who deal with the North America Land Rover accounts was able to help us!! Darlene and her team were wonderful.However, Land Rover Toronto employees need to be retrained. I would never forget such bad customer service. I tell this story to all my friends who own or know someone who owns a Range Rover.

Short & Simple review: Looking for a Land Rover, go with this dealership, ask for Cody and you will be well taken care of!Long and realistic experience: When we were deciding to go for Land Rover, we had multiple options, and we are so happy that we ended up with Land Rover in Grand Touring.We were introduced with Cody, who is a gem of a person. He is a good listener, understood our requirements and most importantly our budget. He is also a great advisor as he pointed us to the best options we should opt for. He never attempted to oversell, which is a quality not to miss.I have eaten his brains more than anyone during the time I placed the order until the delivery. He has calmly answered all my questions right away, and if in case he did not have the answer, he never gave us an incorrect one to just rid of the question. He took his time, researched it, and provided us with all the information he could.Any organisation is known because of their people, and this one has a lot of great people who will listen to your need and try their best to give you an option that works for you. They keep the client before them!Amanda, the finance guru, another great person. She can and will answer all your questions regarding the numbers, the ownership options.Mike, who helped us understand the car while taking the delivery. He never rushed to complete the session, he calmy went through the features, followed up for any questions we might still have.It is a blessing to know that you can reach out to the experts in the time when you need a little extra help.It is a saying, you want to know how good a dealership is then try dealing with them after you have taken the delivery. Well, based on this rule, I will give this Dealership, and most importantly Cody, Mike and Amanda 5/5 stars.There is not even a single call / message that has remain un-replied or un-responded, and that alone is a very-high-standard.I recommend Land Rover - Grand Touring to everyone who wants to go for Land Rover and you won’t be disappointed.

I had a very good experience with Ray. I took my vehicle for a tire swap and two warranty issues. He was very knowledgeable about the maintenance of the vehicle, and more importantly did not try to sell unnecessary maintenance services. It was a five star service.

An amazing experience all around.Cody M, is an amazing sales person who’s genuinely helpful and friendly all around. Great knowledge on all the vehicles and is very upfront/truthful with ordering information. Highly recommend him for anything Range Rover related.Also special thanks to Brad the sales manager for being a enthusiastic person to ask questions and be helpful throughout the process.Amanda Roberts the financial manager who helped us put together the deal and worked on it (despite being away on vacation) to ensure we get the new truck asap.Andrew at service is also very honest and helpful, able to book you in for service and stay on-top of all updates.Highly recommend this dealership and these people.

The entire team at Land Rover Toronto are best in class.We have purchased our last 2 Range Rovers at the dealership and serviced 4 others over the last 10 years. A few notes:SALES AND BUSINESS TEAM:Our sales rep is Hamdi A and business manager is Sandy C.Hamdi has incredible patience and does one heck of a job balancing working on behalf of the dealership, and you as a customer. He has found us 2 incredible vehicles that fit our needs exactly and we couldn't be happier with them. I have had many phone calls, emails, visits and texts discussing vehicles and what would work best for us. He has also helped to navigate trading in 2 vehicles, one was off brand and another had an accident. Hamdi brings a ton of value and is one of the best folks I have ever worked with. Sandy has been so easy to deal with to arrange the paperwork and set-up with insurance/plates. She is extremely prompt, friendly and made it super easy to do the deals. It is seamless working with Sandy and she is another, best in class member of the team!SERVICE TEAM:The service team is incredible. They always have gone over and above for us, making it easy to drop the vehicles, get a rental, and communicate via text, email or phone call keeping us up to date on the progress and timing. Ray C is our service lead and he is truly amazing. It's also great that you work with one person who knows you and your vehicle as it saves so much time. Our vehicle also gets washed and cleaned upon return, wow!!!! It hasn't mattered if we bought the vehicle there or not, we have always had a great experience.The service team is one of the key reasons we chose to purchase our last 2 vehicles with this dealership.WELCOME TEAM/FRONT OF HOUSE:Once you drive into the dealership, you are welcomed by a team that greets you, parks the vehicle and makes sure they connect you with the right person for your visit. Went in to see a Range Rover velar. I had the best experience, Hamdi Abbas my sales agent was extremely patient, helpful and assisted my entire purchasing experience from start to finish with professionalism and great customer service. I had many questions which he did a great job at answering and went looked for information on my behalf. I could not ask for a better customer service experience and feel truly lucky to have chosen grand- touring for the purchase of my velar. I would Highly recommend them over and over again!Thank you!
