Amazing place. Not only are they incredible stylists, they are kind, compassionate and caring.They accommodated a time change from original appointment with ease and helped support a special situation to get incredible results.I can not thank you enough.I loved the automatic schedule system and the texted reminder.See you again.

Really nice unisex salon. Lucy did a great job twice when I went here with my long, thick hair. We talk, and the time flies quickly. I just showed her a few pictures - how I wanted my hair cut and she did this amazing pixie cut that I wanted since my sister suggested me to get it. Highly recommend this salon if you live in Waterloo.

I've had my hair cut, colored and permed with Lisa (not all at once!) and will continue to make the 45 minute drive to have her be my stylist. I know she will listen to what I want, hear my concerns and make suggestions to ensure I walk out with a head of hair I'm happy with. Shebis a great conversationalist and rhe other stylists are friendly and welcoming.

Lisa is amazing. She always does my hair exactly how I ask. She is great at telling me if what I am asking for looks good or not. Several friends and family over the past few years have started going to Lisa as well!

Been getting my hair done here for a few months now. Each stylist has gotten my look exactly the way I wanted it and has been a delight to work with. I keep coming back because Iove the way they make my hair look.

It was my first time ever putting colour in my hair, and Lisa was absolutely incredibly in helping me find a style and highlights just for me. She was so friendly and kind, but also did an amazing job. I’m recommending her to everyone I know! Everyone there is so lovely. I find my hair dresser for life and I’m so happy!

Kelly has been my go to hair dresser now for at least 10 years. I have curly hair and tend to get bored of my hair style and colour frequently. Kelly is always super patient, answers all my questions about my curls, an colour ideas. Kelly always gives me her honest opinion, and suggests ideas to me that always works out. Getting to know the ladies that work at Headquarters has been a real treat. They know all their customers by name and ask every one of them about their day, and how their family is doing. I look forward to getting my hair done, not only for the great work, but also for the conversation. I never leave unhappy.

I have had Lisa cut my hair for years and I have followed her to many different locations. She is awesome and is always willing to fit you in (even when you leave it to the last minute to get your hair cut) Everyone in the shop is friendly and professional when ever you go in there. Great job Lisa!
