Saw Clarissa yesterday and was very impressed ! Very professional and knowledgeable. She addressed my problems and corrected them and greatly improved my hearing aid life ! All staff have been excellent with me every time I have been there. Thank you all. Highly recommend this service.

I saw Carrissa today, and she was wonderful. She answered all of my questions and reassured me about my results. I would 100% reccomend seeing her when visiting this location.My lower review however is for the reception staff. When I called to make an appointment I was told that the cost would be $100 out of pocket as they didn't do benefits at the office. That was fine I budgeted that amount and set it aside. After the appointment was complete the receptionist charged me $120 because as she said I have tinnitus (which I knew about prior to the appointment, and wasn't asked about when booking), even though I was going in for potential hearing loss. Luckily I had some extra money from the carbon tax given today and was able to pay the bill. If I hadn't had the tax, I only had $100 budgeted.If able, please gather more information from your potential clients before giving a quote.

To your head office >> I am so sick of seeing your TV ads over and over. Back off. I won't ever be buying from your company because of that. By the way, NOT all Canadians are thrilled with hockey mentality, and the poor sportsmanship involved. No wonder youngsters think violence is okay. Stop shoving hockey at us, and stop using it in your ads. Would give 0 stars, if possible.

I have been dealing with Connect Hearing for past five years. I have had hearing aids since I was a child so have dealt with many places! Connect hearing has always been wonderful to deal with. Always honest and professional. I have dealt with Darlene in Red deer. Would recommend her to anyone!

Staff are friendly, satisfied with the whole experience with them from consultation to purchasing of my hearing aid, suggested devices that works and looks best for their customers. Was followed up on how the device works and makes an adjustment to customers preferences.

Connect Hearing in Red Deer Alberta has from the day my husband and I had our hearing test and the purchase of our hearing aids, to today, 3 1/2 years later, we are extremely satisfied. Everyone up to now has been very friendly, warm and caring. They are very approachable and patient and understanding. The trial period has been very helpful and I look forward to getting g my permanent hearing aids

Both my wife and I have Connect Hearing aids. The exam was done professionally. The hearing aids work very well and company support is excellent as are their staff.
