Coffee still good but the descent over the past few years to a Starbucks wannabe is truly unfortunate. The design of new stores to be as much as minimally comfortable as possible while the corporate homogeneity of staff 'training' harkens back to the Seattle behemoth. Still worth a visit occasionally but nothing like it was 5+ years ago. Thank goodness some new independent coffee shops are taking up the slack :)

Great coffee shop and one of my favourite Bridgehead locations. Very cozy and theres always great music playing. The staff are happy and cheerful.My go-to here is just a traditional latte: they really nail it.

Really like this branch, the staff is very cute and polite, the same cafe latte but this place makes it very good. much better on elgin street !!!

Alcoholic panhandler sits out front and verbally assaults and follows passers by ranting every morning.Brought it to the attention of staff, they did nothing. Every woman who works in the area avoids this location specifically for that reason. I know they were losing at least 400$ a month in revenue from the people I work with alone. Avoid this location in the morning hours.

Nice baristas and good coffee for a chain, but orders can get mixed up sometimes if you're not careful. WiFi was a little flaky, and bench seats aren't comfortable. Yuppie-ish crowd, even for Ottawa...

If you like strong coffee, this is a great place for you to try. Been going here for years- always great. They also have other less strong (medium) flavours.

Nice coffee shop in the downtown. Good choice of blends and plenty of seating despite the limited size.
