The Y&G team were helpful over the phone when I explained I needed their services for air conditioning maintenance because my AC was not cooling. My air conditioner wasn't powerful enough to get to the desired temperature. The tech came on time, and was very friendly. They helped me understand what was wrong with my air conditioning unit and provided me with options to consider a repair or a replacement.

Sam diagnosed a problem with my gas oven which would have been costly to repair and advised getting a new stove. Called Y&G back to have him connect the new stove when it was delivered. Courteous and professional.

My apologies to Sam... I should have written this a month ago but his service was excellent and professional... He explained in detail the issue and fixed the stove problem in short oder. He was fantastic.

Sam was so responsive to our issue with our gas stove that was no longer igniting. He came on the same day we called to diagnose the issue and 2 days later, was back to install the new part. He was courteous, professional and super helpful by sharing some good maintenance tips for our gas BBQ outside. Completely unrelated to the reason for his visit but thought that was thoughtful and kind. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided and would highly recommend Y&G! Thanks, Sam!

Very happy with the service received from Y&G for my gas clothes dryer! They responded quickly to my request for a service call and fixed the issue in a short period of time. They were very honest about work that was done - they didn't actually need to change a part that they had thought needed replacing, so they solved the problem without extra charges. Extremely courteous, helpful and respectful. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or to recommend them to others.
