I had a turbo rebuilt by ADP, it lasted less than 1500 KM. The turbo had made a loud bang during driving with my wife in the car, it scared the hell out of us. I pulled over to have it towed to a shop. I found out the turbo exhaust wheel had broken off. The intake side of the turbo was perfect no chips nothing. I dropped it off at ADP and the staff told me they would call me. I waited a week and a half and I finally called ADP.They had informed me that it was not covered by warranty, so I asked why is that they proceeded to tell me that the turbo had magically sucked something in from the piston cylinder(Something in the engine came loose) his exact words. I said well that's impossible the engine is in good running condition and was rebuilt 3,000 KM ago. Then he proceeds to tell me the person who rebuilt the engine may be responsible for leaving a bolt loose, I said that's impossible. Then he goes on telling me that sometimes new engines have dirt or something in them that caused the damage to the turbo, I said impossible and I have proof pictures from when the engine was rebuilt.So from there he tells me they haven't even taken it apart yet and they will call me in a few days. So I wait again no call for a week, so I call them back. I called them back and he tells me the same thing like it was scripted. I then asked to speak to the manager and got the same response (couldn't even express my concerns he kept interrupting me and talking over me). He then tells me he's going to send me pictures of the damage tomorrow, I gave him my email letter for letter so I open my email today and find that there is no pictures, so I call back again he reads me my email address and they have the wrong email.How can a company rebuild turbos properly if they can't even listen to their customers let alone write a email address right. The issue is still unresolved and will be dealing with civil disputesI don't recommend anyone to have their turbos rebuilt by ADP. They do not honor their warranty and they lack customer service skills.

Don’t buy anything from them they don’t work and fornt counter worker are no professional

I left them a project for 4 weeksWithin that time I never got updateI left messages 3 times for update within that timeNo response ...Only when I asked to speak to management were concerns actually resolved or addressed .Very underwhelming customer service experience :(Meh

Very bad service . Dropped my turbo to get rebuilt. After 3 days they said not repairable. I asked what's wrong with it. Guy told me they didn't open it coz they know from turbo model if that was the case why they didn't tell me when I drop off

Completely un professional and plz dont trust them they screwed up my turbo sent to rebuilt and then deny the warranty....screwed up my two weeks of work.....

Bought a long block isx from these crooks and got four months out of it, took it apart to find the rings were incorrectly installed, scored and loose liners. To top it off they refuse to warranty the motor. Wish I had read the reviews here before I gave them my money.

The job took 5 days longer then the quote, the bill was 1.5 times more than the quote. The owner was probably the least concerned and least helpfull, arrogant individual I have ever met. Stay away from these scum bags. The owner deserves exactly what he has coming to him.

Horrible customer service, it's non existent. Dropped my turbo off to get rebuilt, came back almost a week later after not getting any feedback despite numerous phone calls and messages left, only to find my turbo sitting exactly where i left it in the exact same condition I left it in and told it's irreparable" apparently an outside visual inspection is all they needed to decide my turbo couldn't be fixed. Had the same restriction and movement as the brand new hollset i bought from Peterbilt on the toothed lever that moves the cage. Stay away from ADP
